In the land of high-rollers and big hitters, Cascata is about as exclusive a golf experience as Las Vegas has to offer. Cascata, which in Italian translates to waterfall, is 22 miles from the Las Vegas Strip but world's away from your average golf course.
Cascata, the lavish country club owned by Caesars Entertainment Corp., is the most affordable, and probably most scenic, of Vegas' three bucket-list golf experiences. It's more than worth the 22-mile trip from the Strip.
When it opened in 2000, Cascata was the most private of playgrounds. Golfers rarely got to step on the property, much less secure a tee time, unless you were among a select few who spent big at the MGM Grand Las Vegas.
