Sculpted from scenic pinelands, the Pines Course at the Seaview hotel near Atlantic City is both scenic and challenging
The Seaview Hotel and Golf Club is nestled in a charming seaside town and is the only golf and spa resort on the Jersey Shore. The Pines Course, one of two at the resort, is a traditional layout sculpted from scenic pinelands, offering terrain that is both scenic and challenging. The classic layout provides a straightforward round with no gimmicks, but the narrow fairways require accuracy.
The Bay Course at Seaview Resort in Galloway Township is the home course of the ShopRite LPGA Classic and is probably the better known of the two golf courses at the resort. The Donald Ross design, which dates to 1914, has undergone several renovations. While the course isn't right on the ocean, it is on the bay across from Atlantic City. You get a good view of the city from the second green of the no. 1 handicap hole, a 434-yard par 4 that usually plays into the wind.
