One of the best munis in Colorado, Haymaker Golf Course in Steamboat Springs is a Keith Foster design that features a links-like front nine and more traditional back nine. The course has a great variety of holes, including a couple of drivable par 4s and a good mix of short and long par 3s and par 5s.
At more than 9,000 feet, the Summit Course at Cordillera just west of Vail is one of the highest and most picturesque golf courses in Colorado.
