Great course and layout. Only issue was that the course had the front 9 closed and had to play the back 9 twice which when we returned to play #10 again, there was a long wait due to bookings and everyone playing the same 9 holes
9 holes closed
No warning when booked - only 9 of the 18 holes when open to play.
The grill was also closed - offered pre made sandwiches that were mushy.
Green were fair - rolled true and very fast.
But leave’s absolutely covered almost every green.

My Back Yard
I have been a member at this course for more than 20 years. The renovations done to the greens and clubhouse are still holding their value. I enjoy playing at Jamestown because the course is always in great condition and the staff are excellent! I would recommend playing at Jamestown when the opportunity presents itself and joining the association.

Unfriendly Staff
I was shocked with the Jamestown Staff being was so unfriendly with there guests. Hopefully they can make some changes to make there guests fill welcome.

Bunkers need a little work. Front nine very tough but fair. Greens were fast but rolled nice. Can’t wait to play next time I am in town.

Great Tuesday
Reversing the course was a great idea! The greens are excellent as well as the fairways. Lacking a cafe for hot food post round was lacking.

Fairways - Fast Greens to Play
Although heavy rains in the night prior to play and cart path restrictions, the fairways and greens were in excellent condition and fun to play- enjoyable.

Always a good track
Course was in excellent condition and greens rolled true. The only delays we had were on the front with a group of 3 and a toddler. One in the group swung and missed the ball 7 consecutive times and then wanted to take a photo op with the toddler before getting in the cart and moving on. One of the other 2 wanted to give lessons while his ball was in the woods on about every shot. This works on Tuesday morning; not Sunday afternoon. Jamestown is always worth the money though.
