Beautiful, family owned course
This course has been owned by a local family since the 60s. It's beautiful, spacious, and not crowded. Run by a charismatic local leader, Bland May, it's loved by everyone in the area. The back nine offer sweeping, stunning views of water and forest. If you're tired of corporate courses, this is your spot.

Decent Layout, Poor Greens
Arrived at 8:30am and you'd thought this place was bankrupt and out of business. I did notice that someone had been recently cutting the grass on the practice range so we stuck around for a few minutes. Finally the golf pro showed up and checked us in. Cash only no CC's. Good layout with a variety of easy, moderate, and tough holes. Tee boxes were fine, fairways were ok, but the greens were burned up. Of the 18 greens 1/2 of them were 90-100% dead.
