The course was a lot of fun to play. Excellent greens. Quite a few boxes were in bad bad shape.

Course conditions and pace of play
I did not even finish the front nine. The course was packed with singles and 2-player groups. Everything was so slow.
Also, the course conditions were poor. Everything was rock hard,, even after a major rainfall two days before. Fairways were quite poor.

Course Conditions
Overall, the course is in pretty good condition. Greens were in good shape except for the 9th green. Not sure there is any way to salvage this green because of its surroundings. (How about some kind of artificial grass?)
Some tee boxes need some work also.
Good layout with a lot of variation of challenges. Enjoyed playing this course.

Don't bother here
Don't bother playing here, management has completely let the course go and it's apparent that they don't care. Majority of the tee boxed are just dirt with little grass to hit off of. Same can be said for the driving range, which is odd because they have a second level they could utilize, just rotate from week to week to allow grass to grow back. The greens were is as bad of shape as the tees, multiple greens had gouges taken out and they did shoddy patch work, just took 2 putt max most greens and got out of there. I think management needs to shut down this course for the summer so that they can make the renovations and improvements this course desperately needs.

Low budget municipal course. Greens are decent minus hole 9 half of the green is dirt. Fairways full of weeds and not mowed Low enough. . I just play there for convenience of location and price.

Great Course and Value
Greens in great shape. Fairways are ok but saw they have aerated them so expect to be much better in the next few months.

Great staff, Great course, but...
Love the course, great staff, but there are too many people in that neighborhood walking their dogs on the course or walking through the course, I almost hit a mother with a baby in stroller two rounds ago. It's not safe or appropriate.
Golf Course not well maintained
I have not played on this course for many years and it is showing it’s age. Not maintained well, tee boxes mostly bare dirt and many bare dirt areas around the course due to wash out. Overall most greens in good condition.

Winter conditions, but nice greens
First playing this course. Late morning round on a sunny day. Heavy rains earlier in the week resulted in paths only. Greens were smooth and true. Fairways, rough, and fringe areas still dormant - numerous bare dirt lies, even in the fairway.
Decent layout, but the density and proximity of housing materially impacts the experience. You feel like you're in someone's back yard the entire time - and the OB stakes are really close on some holes.
Clubhouse staff was friendly and efficient.
Not a bad experience, worth trying again when conditions are better. Maybe the trees will block out some of the houses.
