Better Than Expectd
Went here on a whim since they had an available morning tee time...Never heard of the course before so didnt have high expectations.
Overall I liked it alot...Carts had GPS, fairways were pretty wide. Some areas of the fairways could use some help as spots were hard and dry, the greens were in great shape and the pace of play was decent for a weekend. I'd return to play again.
Nice Course
Good little course, friendly staff, awesome GPS golf carts
Need for rangers
They need Rangers on the course to speed up play. There are groups hitting 3+ mulligans or not picking up after 8.
Attitude should be checked at the door
Maybe because it was a Monday morning, but in addition that there were no breakfast sandwiches available, the person behind kitchen counter was not a pleasant person. Turning the corner after 9 holes, lunch selections and the personality were no better.
Average course in Raleigh
Played here this past weekend and it was your average typical course. Very short on most holes and the greens were very slow. The grass on fairways is more like weeds, so not much an advantage hitting off it. Updated carts had GPS but would lock randomly even driving on cart paths. Paying $45 for a round of 18 is definitely not worth it. Pace of play wasn't terrible but there were some times where you were waiting 5 mins or so on the tees. Not a bad course if you're just wanting to get out with friends
Great Day - New Carts!
One of nicest, local, easy access courses I play in the area.
LOVE the new carts!!
Great Track
Great track . Great Staff
Like the layout. Some rough spots on Fairway
Love RGA
Greens were in good condition. Tee boxes could use a little work, but they weren’t terrible. Fun course as always.
Good Local Track. Perfect for a pre-work round
Played right away in the morning and the starter was able to send me off with an earlier group. Pace of play was fantastic. Course was in good shape. Had a good time and will be back.
Best Value in Raleigh
For the price, you can't beat it. The greens were very well maintained, and the course as a whole is pretty nice in relation to the price point. My only gripe is that the pace of play should be better. I've played here probably a half-dozen times, and pace of play has been an issue half of the time.
