Impressed
A bit of a drive from Southern pines but worth it. If I move closer I will be joining. Over-seeded fairways greens. Perfect bunkers 5 stars
Hidden Gem!!
Being from Greensboro and a frequent visitor to the Sandhills Region I had seen the sign many time but just never thought about playing at Quail Ridge. Well now all that has changed! Great Lay-out to challenge any golfer, great challenging green complexes and plenty of elevation changes. Our group could not say enough about it!!! Will be in the traveling rotation that’s for sure..
Quail Ridge a Gem
My brother and I played this course for the first time. What a gem! Fairways and greens were in excellent shape. Well worth the money. Staff in golf shop were very friendly. Golf course was very busy but pace of play was perfect. Challenging yet forgiving fairways. Will definitely be back! Every golfer should add this course to their list to play if you have not played Quail Ridge before.
This course is great!
This is now one of my favorite courses in the Sandhills area. Great layout in great condition when we played. Fairways and greens were the best we saw among the courses we played this week.
Replay
The first time we played this course, we enjoyed it so much that we decided to play it again before the end of our vacations. The maintenance of this course is top! Thanks to the team working on the course.

Wow, quality/price excellent! Fairways were green and soft, greens were perfect. we understand why this course hosted prestigious events. We will come back!
Overseeded fairways were fantastic
This is a enjoyable course to play. Conditions are above what I have experienced in the surrounding area. It’s very obvious the Golf Course Superintendent has high standards.
1: best overseeded fairways I’ve seen in the area, that includes private clubs. And I’m used to playing Arizona golf courses.
2: greens were edged, an effort is being made to keep the champion Bermuda clean against the collars.
3: sod work has been done to improve turf conditions.
4: all bunkers were clean and raked.
5. Driving range tee had just been topdresses.
Overall the course clean, fair, and fun.
First Timer
Went and played with three of my friends. We had a great time. Course was in fantastic condition and we decided to sign up for their frequent player card, which allows us to play at a reduced rate for the rest of the year. Will definitely be back at least once a month.

Over-seeded fairways makes it nice to play on green fairways. Greens a little slow but roll true. Good pace of play until a twosome jumped ahead of us on ten tee. Overall great experience.
Ovwrseeded fairways
Always green fairways #2 hole is very challenging it’s a bowl pin placement no matter where the pin is it’s a challenge, love this course especially in the summer
Gem in the northern Sandhills
Great set of par threes; traditional layout what you see is what you get. Generous driving areas Nice touch with over seeding fairways. Greens rolled well and were challenging
Great Course for a Great Price!!!
You won’t be disappointed at all!! Beautiful lay out, Pretty green fairways and this is in February! Go out and play a round!
