Always in great shape .And nice condition
Enjoy playing this course as some challenging holes .
Nice Course in good condition
My wife and I enjoyed this course. It has a nice layout. The course was in good condition despite rain the night before. Greens were in nice shape. Because of the rain, they were slow however this made putting easier. There are enough trees and water to make the course somewhat challenging but fairways were generally wide.
Because of cool weather the course was not busy and we were able to play in 3.5 hours
Staff was good.
Great Labor Day golf
Beautiful day on a challenging well kept golf course. The staff was friendly and the course was beautiful. I would definitely recommend this corse to anyone and will for sure be back to ply
First time playing the course. Fairways were wide and if missed it was easy to find your ball...course was well maintained and nicely cut. Few of the bunkers were hard and needed the sand fluffed, but overall was worth the drive from Cleveland.
Traditional course in good dhape
The typical hole had tree lined fairways (both sides), and bad tee shots are costly. Conditions of greens and fairways are very good. We had two groups directly in front of us that were very slow. It would have been nice to have a ranger on the course to govern speed of play.
This course features tree-lined fairways that are in excellent condition, and nice smooth greens. Bad drives are punished as they should be.
Good course, friendly staff
Considering what this course has had to deal with in the past couple of months (holes totally underwater), we were pleasantly surprised. A couple holes were still wet but overall staff has done an amazing job. We thoroughly enjoyed our round.
Course was in fairly good shape considering the winter we have had. Played as a single behind a slow foursome that had no intention of letting me through. Other than that, it was fine.
Played the course before and other than the fall leaves it was in great shape
Nice course, slow play
Course maintained well. Fall leaves made finding balls difficult, but biggest drawback was the slow pace of play. There was a fivesome in front of us.
Consistently good conditioning
Even though we'd seen a lot of rain, the course held up well. I always feel like I can count on the course being in good shape, and there is enough variety in the holes that I tend to use each of the clubs in the bag. Always fun…
Love playing Wilkshire. Drive 70 miles each way to play course couple times a year. Course always in great shape. Very peaceful and serene round of golf.
GolfNow hot deal, thanks!
Found this place an hour north of the house and decided on a road trip. GolfNow app showed a special deal for about $20 for a 3:30 tee time and cart rental. Normal rates were about $36 I believe but still after playing here and enjoying it, I'd almost pay double for a round here. Great layout and features, very smooth and fast greens. Ball washers are every hole, nice golf shop, friendly staff at the snack bar and even the course maintenance man was friendly and helpful. Will definitely be back!
Wilkshire was a lot of fun. This was my first time out and can say I enjoyed the experience. It is just challenging enough to make you have fun while not being overly difficult. I thought the course itself was absolutely beautifull. Only downfall was we were stuck behind two foursomes who were playing pretty slow. However, that's ok because any day on the course is a good day
