Great City Course
This course offers 27 holes, 9 of which I played today. The 9 I played were fairly easy with only bunkers and a little water to work around. The staff was very friendly and the price was right. I will definitely return.
So Much Better
Course is totally redone now that Metroparks has taken over. Also, Golf Advisor needs to update this as it is no longer the A or B course. Good day with good conditions albeit cool weather. Worst part was the starters. Even though they have 36 holes, when we made the turn they sent all groups down the same 9. It took over 3 hours to play the final 9 holes. Just a group of terrible ignorant golfers almost ruined the day. Pay attention and get a ranger out there.
Grounds keep driving up to greens to change holes at 10am mid back 9 :///
See above. Told front register clerk and was dismissed with no acknowledgement.. grounds keep would leave the engine running and wait for golfer(s) to finish and then drive up to the next green with subsequent golfers present and in the middle of their hole.
An embarrassment
There is no actual pace of play. Had to cut the round short because we were already into the 5th hour and we’re only on the 12th hole. No ranger. No urgency to keep things moving. Wouldn’t play here again ever.
Great course
Excellent condition both fairways and greens, if your not in the fairway it makes it that much more difficult, will definitely be playing again. Only bad part we’re the tee boxed trying to get a tee in the ground, hard as a rock lol but all in all great course
Good course for all skill levels
The course is tougher than it looks, especially if you’re playing one of the back sets of tees. Course was in good shape, but the greens were a little inconsistent. One was fast & the next would be slow. Recent rains may have had something to do with that though.
Quite a few improvements
Course has gotten significantly better over the past few years. Clean and nice greens.
Great golf course
This Metroparks Golf course is excellent. Great layout and beautiful scenery. Greens are very nice and true. Although it was cart path only, because of several consecutive days of heavy rain, pace of play was 10 minutes per hole. Pace was excellent considering that the courses appeared to be booked solid and you never know the caliber of players who will be in front of you. Compliments to the staff for keeping all players moving at a friendly but consistent pace.
