Harbor Pines Golf Club
About
The Harbor Pines Golf Club is a public facility that boasts an 18-hole, four-star golf course with subtle, breaking greens that provide a challenge for all golfers. The holes are very private and the fairways are wide and open.
The environment friendly course is a local favorite and is considered among women to be one of the best courses for women to play on. The beautiful natural landscape with seventeen acres of water and 520 acres of forestry has even been certified as an National Audubon Sanctuary. The relatively flat course does offer challenges for experienced golfers but it will not be too difficult for intermediate or beginning golfers. Both the 16th and 17th holes are difficult par-4's and the course has various hazards scattered throughout.

Early Spring Golf
This course is a great track. I play it in the early Spring and late Fall because the management discounts the off season tremendously. I've played this course three times. With that being said, I'll start off with the staff; which has been super friendly and welcoming. Each time I've played this course the course has been EMPTY. I saw two groups off in the distance! The carts are modern, clean and quick. The course layout is challenging, I played from the blues each time... so length was the most challenging obstacle. Tee boxes and fairways were all in great shape. Greens were aerated about a month prior to each of my rounds. They were fast, but had some bumps here and there, and were still a bit sandy. (I'd be afraid to see them peak season, they will be FAST!)
Overall - I love playing here. The mid - season price is too high for me to justify playing. However, during the Spring and Fall it is an absolute GEM! I'll be out there again within a week or two.
Greens punched month ago.
Bumpy greens from being punched month or two ago. Greens aren't growing in winter so never filed in. Not worth playing at this time.
Harbor Pines - President's Day
It was a good day, course in OK shape for winter golf.
A bit troubling that it was Cart Path Only, but otherwise good for winter golf.
Cart Path Only
Carts Path Only with out posting it till you got to the srarter. I would not have played if I knew that before booking.
Staff is super friendly. The course was just saturated with goose poop. They didn’t have tee of markers up so it was confusing trying to figure out where to tee off from.
In great shape considering its winter!
I just enjoy this layout. Very forgiving. Greens actually rolled pretty true for winter. And you couldnt beat the GN hot deal rate of $28 for an 11:12 tee time!!
Just a rough Day
First off tee time set back atleast 20 min. Course was super wet which I understand nothing u can really do about that one. However it took 3 1/2 hours to play 9 holes. Paid for 18 figuring we’d be able to get it in before sunset… very wrong. Just felt like I wasted my money. Would have needed a 11am tee time to make it through 18. Just poor time management but I typically like this course. Typically very well maintained and nice staff.
Great day golfing for Jan 2
The course was wet and play was slow but give. That it was January it was a great day
Sam's review
It was a good course but the pace of play was a little slow .
Great course
I loved playing here. everything was in good shape and we got a deal to play... if it was normal price it would be too expensive but you get what you pay for. beautifully layed out and greens were in pretty great shape.
