Arrowhead Lakes Golf Club
About
Arrowhead Lakes Golf Club claims to be the best golf course value in central Ohio and with green fees less than $20 on weekend, it is easy to believe. The nine-hole course is a par-36, regulation length layout that packs a punch. There is an interesting variety of par 3s and par 4s as well as one short par 5. Beginners will find a place on this course but more skilled players will be entertained as well. Water is a prominent feature on this golf course with six lakes coming into play as well as five other water hazards. There are also a few sand bunkers strategically placed throughout. The well maintained course is easy to walk but there are also carts available. Arrowhead Lakes also offers a driving range where golfers can warm-up.

Excellent Condition, Friendly Staff, Great Price!
This is a 9-hole course (2 par 5's, 2 par 3's). You can only pay for 9 holes. To play 18, you must go back inside and pay for another 9. Reason: People used to pay for 18, make the turn, then see the line backed-up on #1, and ask for a "rain check".
The course does not require tee times, which is great, and it is kept in excellent condition! The fairways can be a bit narrow, but you almost always have a clear shot at the green. Flat fairways and flat greens allow for easy walking and a round that isn't over-challenging. Water and/or sand are on most every hole, but easy to avoid if you make solid contact. The only con is that this is a haven for beginners. You can sometimes find yourself behind a group who cannot hit more than 20 yards. Also, you might get behind seniors, who are notoriously slow. Either way, I have spent 3 hours completing 9 holes, but most of the time, I'm done in 2 hours. Great staff who are very friendly! I'll walk 18 holes for under $20, which is great considering how nice the course is kept. Amenities: Two practice greens, a driving range, and a good pro shop.
