Greens in excellent condition
The front 9 is short but you have to stratigically place your shot, because of all the trees and dog legs, so you can score well. The back nine is longer and more open but the greens seem more difficult beause of their grade. It is a fun course to play and play well.
Golfnow App
Golfed Sunday with the grandfather and booked my tee time with Golfnow App. Ordered the hot deal of 18 holes and a cart for 12:15. I highly recommend calling and double checking your tee time. They told us there was no way we'd be able to head out because of a 30 team outting they had going on currently. I was told the app does not double check tee times with the actually golf course like it should. They're in process of being taken off the app but they still post daily deals on golfnow. Loved the course just didn't like driving to the course, not being able to go out. Driving home, then having to return later in the day to golf.
good course for the money
Not a bad course at all...very short, but a bit challenging with all the doglegs and woods...not too difficult if you hit the ball solid.....greens were a little soft and slow, but good shape. i would play there again.
In great shape
Lots of trees on front nine, back nine more open, but longer and tougher. Pretty course, and in good shape.
Poor conditions
This place is like playing in a corn field. There is no fairway, no cart paths (Good luck trying to figure out where the next hole is to tee off), etc just greens. They mowed down some corn fields and put in greens and tee off boxes which aren't really tee off boxes, just markers so you know where to tee off. Theres no difference really between the fairways and rough (Like I said its like playing in someones back yard) and good luck finding your ball. It can be in the middle of the fairway and you can't find it since the grass is too long. The first couple of holes are scenic but after that you're just playing in a big grass parking lot. Dont go out of your way for this course (Which by the way is way out in the middle of nowhere).
I wrote previous email about horrible experience
No communication between course and golf now. Tee time was in middle of outing. Told to go home by course. Finally allowed to golf an hour later. Horrible experience!
