Great Value
We got a great value on our round. The playing surface was in great shape but the course as a whole seemed to be under a lot of renovations. Once they finish the cosmetic touches it will look very nice!
Always a great time!
Challenging but fun course. Always have a great time here!
Interesting.....
They have 9 holes that you play twice. When you finish the first 9, its whomever gets to the tee box first between your group and a group that's starting to see who goes first. They only sell used balls in the "pro shop".
Great Pace of Play
This is a very fun course with an interesting layout. The place of play is great( 9 holes in about an hour and a half). Very friendly staff with great prices. The course is great for various skills levels, as there is several different tee boxes. I recommend this course to anyone who enjoys golf.
(BAD) Solely made this account to write this review
I’m not one to complain, but this course and staff were horrible . 9 hole course where each hole rides the other person. If you’re a normal player with a slice or hook get used to hitting on to other holes. People ride you the entire time you play and the course pace keep literally told my friends and I we were bad and needed to move. We hit par on each hole from the pro tee. A course that has always been amazing is Majestic Springs. I will never play here again or recommend this course to another person. In fact I will speak negatively each time golf is mentioned.
Another great time
We walked on at 11am. Had to wait a bit but once we started, it flowed nicely. The course was in great shape and those trees just keep getting taller. Can't imagine playing it with 1912 technology as it was plenty challenging with modern day warfare. The greens are old school small, fast, and break with just about every putt.
Local Favorite
I like the course, would be great if they offered few more options for Hot Deals. Then the 7:00AM weekday and 7:30AM weekend time slots only.
Okay.. but over - priced
Harmon is a serviceable course in our area. However the 2nd nine holes are played over the front nine with slight changes in tee boxes. One could play a much more scenic course for a comparable price. Sure do miss Holly Hills!
Great Starter Course
This is a very good course for first timers or those who are not as familiar with the game. Only 9 holes but it becomes 18 playing the same holes but from a different tee. It is in downtown Lebanon. Parking is on the street in front of the clubhouse so don’t be fooled like we were trying to figure it out. This is a dirt based course not sand based so the ball rolls really well.
Where do you park..?
Parking along street or up the road in gravel lot two fareway widths away.
Course needed mowed days ago...!!
Go Jerry
Jerry made our day/round. Golf now didn’t have the course blocked off as Harmon had a Sunday morning outing and was closed 45 min past our confirmed tee times. But Jerry got us out first and our round was fast and fun Thanks Jerry! We’ll be back because of you.
great track fun !!
played on a Saturday teed off at 8 am and played in three hours and 10 minutes Super nice staff and all the locals like to play quick! Just play two courses in last week for over $50 bucks and they were not in this good of shape. Small fast greens but i didnt realize even though its 9 holes when you play the back nine there are different tees so it wasnt like playing same 9 twice. Go play it and you will be shocked how nice it is.
Great Course for golfers of all levels
Small greens and big trees on most holes. Have to be accurate on tee shots and second shots. Not a long course so you can hit less than driver on some holes to keep in fairway.
Greens were much faster than last year, so if you havent played in a while you definitely should give it another try
Challenging, well groomed course
This is a challenging, but well-groomed course in the heart of Lebanon. Greens are small and it will keep you on your toes.
Excellent mature golf course
Excellent value - mature trees, long 4s and 5s, and skill needed to play straight! Would play this 9 hole course again for sure!
Unimpressed
While the course is fairly nice there were immediately some turn off's to that will prevent me from ever returning to this course. It began with there being no parking, it's street parking here, there is no parking lot. This isn't a huge deal, but a factor. Evidently the course is notorious with over-booking. There were 4 groups that had an 8:00 AM Tee Time. When a member got irritated at my group and the group in front of me, they complained and we were forced to start on another hole and heavily suggested to play together with a group that we didn't know. The course has a confusing layout, many times having to double back to get to the next tee. Pace of play was fair, but we constantly kept getting bothered by the staff asking us what the hold-up was. We were never held up, they simply overbooked the course. This happened 3 times that we were told to hurry up, though the group behind us wasn't pushing us at all, and we were not pushing the group in front of us. Comment were made from the staff about it taking our group and the group in front of us to long to play. At the end when we turned in the cart we spoke with a staff person that said, "People think this is a beginner course, but it's not for beginners" I replied with the fact that it was just overbooked and he said, "No, we can book a full 18 but people have to play better for it to work." It sounds like they don't want it to be for the common weekender, they only care about their own members and not trying to gain any new ones. I know 2 groups that will never be returning.
Plenty of parking. In addition to on street parking, there is a parking lot just past the treeline by the par 5 green.
There are the same 9 holes with 2 sets of tees. There are NO used balls in the pro shop.
