Very flat and open. Not many challenging hazards. Very playable. Highly recommend.
Cheap fun place
Great staff, easy but don’t expect too much. It’s not in good shape and there is mud and water there always.
I haven’t play this course for a while. The greens were in good shape however there are a couple fairways that are in bad shape. I got a hot deal so I can’t complain about the price, but I’m not sure it’s worth more that what I paid unless they fix the fareways and outer areas near the greens.
Greens ok course condition terrible
Greens are hard and don’t hold but putt reasonably well. Most greens are elevated and rolling. Don’t get in a bunker because the so called sand (crunch pebbles) is so thin and hard as a rock beneath. Trying to make a reasonable bunker shot onto elevated, rolling greens is next to impossible . Tees and fairways are either crab grass or dirt. Layout of the course is pretty good but is totaly overlooked due to the condition of the course.
Tough course from tips
Greens were firm and didn't hold very well but it's been dry. No dead spots and very puttable. Fairways were pretty scorched not sure if they have sprinklers in them. Pro shop guy was awesome.
Not well maintained..slow
The course was not in good shape. Some would call it a goat pasture. I was paired with a young fellow just learning and two older guys shooting double digits on just about every whole. I signed up to play alone.
Nice course. Some spots in the fairway were burned out due to the excessive rain and heat but not any more than other courses in the area. Greens were very good and better than most we have recently played. Lots and lots of crabgrass in rough. Course is flat and would be very easy to walk. The layout makes it look like an easy course, but there are lots of dog leg holes and drives to the wrong area will cost you a shot or two. We will be back
Short but sweet!
It was a very hot and muggy day but still enjoyed myself
90 degrees all day long and we didn’t play until 5:20. Cart path only because the entire course was to sloppy. The drainage issues need fixed. The course was overbooked. There were people in front of us which I understand so we did wait on them but they had people in front of them as well. The entire course was to packed. Not to mention the gentleman behind us hit into us twice. Only after the second time did he yell that he was sorry and didn’t see us. By the way that was on a par 3. After that we left without finishing the course
Always a good choice
Played here yesterday on Memorial day. The course was in really great shape. The greens are hard but needed cut. The speed of the greens were slow. This was my first time out this year as I don't get to play as much as I would like to. For the money though, it's one of the best bargains in town.
Old, open, neat and flat
This course is an older track that for the most part is well kept. The overriding character trait of the course is that it is almost entirely flat. There is some water and once you become familiar with the layout you can score. No ladies tees. My wife played from senior tees but was okay except for the par 4s that were just a bit too long.
