What you’d expect
Very nice course everything was well maintained minus one hole on the front 9 was covered in debris. The layout is nice greens are very hard to read. Peak prices are a bit extreme but you can find good value deals if you know when to look. Overall I’d give arrowhead 3.5/5
Arrowhead
This is the first time I have paid money to play on a golf course where they intentionally had no flags on the greens. Horrible! Someone had used sticks from the ground to sort-of mark some of the holes. The guy at the pro shop said that management wanted to close the course for the winter, but decided to stay open a little while longer. Pathetic - take our money but too lazy to put the flags out.
Old School Course on Great Terrain
The course appears much older than the course date in this site shows. The course is tight in locations but not unplayable. For a public course in the CANTON area, it is one of my favorites. The old built up / undulating greens and rolling terrain make for numerous memorable golf holes.
I loved this course!! It was nicely kept, challenging at times and was wonderful to play at!! I will definitely be going back
They are clearly putting a lot of money into the course to make it much nicer than when I played it a year ago, but the pace was unbelievably slow. Would like to find a time earlier in the morning or during the week to play again.
First time playing in years
I was a member of Arrowhead back in the day. We decided to give it a try after being a member at another local club. Considering how dry it has been, course in remarkably good shape. Staff was friendly and fun….overall a hidden gem and a great experience. Would be nice if they had a beverage cart as very hot conditions.
Great round
Course was in very good condition considering how we haven't had any rain for awhile. Pace of play was very good and some nice improvements to and around the clubhouse since the least time I was there.
