Willow Run Golf Course
About
Willow Run Golf Course was designed by a ubiquitous name in central Ohio, Jack Kidwell. The local designer played a role in creating many of the state's courses but he infused a different character into each. Willow Run has an interesting layout that will test your shot making skills as well as your course management capabilities. The greens are bentgrass and the fairways are accented with Ohio bluegrass. Correct placement off the tees is the key to doing well, especially on the front nine. Plenty of water comes into play throughout the golf course as well as several strategically placed bunkers. Willow Run's back nine boasts one of the most challenging par 4s in Ohio, the 13th. The green on this tricky hole is fronted by a meandering creek.

Back 9 much superior to front 9
Played blue tees. Good challenge on back 9. Watch out for creeks running across the fairways.
Good course for money - rough cart path
Only concern is cart path only will leave you with a Migraine as the path is in awful shape. Could be remedied with some gravel until blacktop is available. But hard to play cart path only in that condition.
Not bad but needs some work
Course was in pretty good shape considering the storms that had moved thru the area a couple of days before. The course holds water really bad and the cart paths are absolutely destroyed.
Very nice
The cart paths take you all the way through from 1 to 18 with no confusing splits. There was a lot of standing water, but that's to be expected with the weather we've had lately.
Please repair your cart paths
I really like playing this course. It's priced in the mid-range as far as the area goes. It's a challenging course but also very fun. I've played there for a few years now and they have not repaired or re-graveled their cart paths. I would give them five stars if their cart paths were fixed. In some places the potholes are as wide as the whole cart path and people have made new cart paths in the grass that are now worn out dirt tracks. Overall four stars across the board.
Went and played through the eclipse was an awesome experience on the course was cool to see everyone stop on the course for about 15 minutes just to take it in
Very friendly staff, great golf course
Very nice place to play, fairways look good, greens in good condition. That time of year where the leaves become an issue. Maybe blow the greens off a little more often. Thanks
