Nice Course

The course is in good shape for late winter. It's a great place to play a relaxed round, plus you get to play each hole twice.

Good, old course. Better layout than you might expect.

Always a bit strange to start off with a par 3, especially one that stretches about 200 yards, but there are some really good holes out there. Need to be straight off the tee because there are plenty of very old, very BIG trees. The par 5's are legit (another odd thing, they play back to back) and all three of the par 3's are challenging. Hilly enough to make you feel it if you walk. From the tips this course is tougher than you might think. The clubhouse/pro shop is quaint but the staff is very friendly. This is not a place with an unlimited maintenance budget but they do well enough so it's definitely worth checking out.

Older course, Great Value!

I took my teanage son for his third game. It's an older course (founded in 1900) and doesn't have some of the amenities and design of newer courses. We were hoping to eat in the restaurant but it was closed mid day on Sunday. The layout is a little confusing so make sure to have the staff explain it. The first hole is bordered by a highway to the right so watch that slice! After that the layout and scenery is nice. It's only a nine hole course so when they sell 18 holes you are playing through twice. The staff was very friendly. For the cost it was an enjoyable day of golf!
