Wonderful course
Had a wonderful day, the course is laid out for a challenging adventure, but not so difficult that it feels like a chore. The greens were in terrific shape with a fast pace to them. The staff was extremely friendly and are very proud of their course. Had a great time, will definitely be coming back. Great scenery with the lake in the background.
Great course for the money
A city parks-owned muni links, this course is awesome for the money. It offers challenges and still has some makeable pars. The second hole is a par-3 with a water hazard. The hazard is easily avoidable but the fountain in the hazard can intimidate you. An easy 9-iron should get you over the hazard and leave you with a two-putt or an easy up and down.
This course offers challenges you would expect at a more exclusive venue. I have never seen it crowded but there is always someone playing golf here - unlike the country club on the other side of the lake.
fun and friendly
This course is very well set up for scratch to hi handicap golfers. Excellent condition. Greens have medium softness and are true.
