I had fun playing the course. It was tough playing around all the down trees and the grass seemed to be taller than normal. Lost a couple of balls in the branches/leaves that were down. I will be back to play again. Thanks
Course is in pretty good shape
Course is in good shape compared to other courses Ive played in the last few weeks. Only complaint I have, which it's not the courses fault, is the pace of play. Everyone seems to take their time and won't let you play though.
Bare ground fairways everywhere
This course is in very poor condition. There were bare ground fairways everywhere. In some cases you'd hit the ball in the fairway and dust would kick up. The bunkers are essentially dirt, no sand. It's an embarrassment that the city of Tulsa has let the maintenance of this course sink to this level. Where is the money being spent on these city courses?
Grass needed
I hope that as spring moves on the conditions improve because there isn’t much grass to play off of. There’s not much sand in the bunkers if you can find any at all, but I will say that the greens are in decent shape and roll fairly smooth. It was windy and I’m sure that played a part in the slow play as we had to wait on every shot. Needless to say it will be awhile before I return again.
Good Public Course
It's a good course. Our last time playing was after serious rain abs they still had the course in good shape.
