Great layout
Course is very nice and the staff is also very good. Lots of improvements in recent years to club house and restaurant .The one thing that brings this course down is that there is no driving range. There is a netted area to warm up ,but that is not the same as a range. Neither is there a driving range in baker city . The layout is quite nice and conditions are always great . I've played here at least a dozen times .
Hidden Gem!
Played this course multiple times last week and it was a treat. I used to play this course growing up and it is significantly better with the new management! The greens were in unbelievable shape. Best I have ever seen! The staff in the golf shop was great as well. Welcomed us in with a smile and top notch service. I highly recommend checking it our for yourself!
Eastern Oregon Golf a Great Experience
Walked 18 holes on this course for $10. Golf now helped me save 68% with an 11:00 tee time. There were no interruptions in the pro shop as the nice gentleman, Jody, had my name written down in the scheduled book and I was ready to go.
The course is the nicest I've ever seen it as I golf here about 5 times during the summer. They landscape is more friendly and attractive.
Usually hot, but an umbrella and some shade can help being cool. There are nice views of the Baker City Valley from all around the course. The back 9 can get hilly as there are steep par 3's to hit up to so if you're walking, bring some water.
I finished playing 18 holes within 3 hours and that's by walking, so the pace of play is great.
Overall, this is a great course to play if you're passing through Eastern Oregon.
