Great course
This course has a great layout, the fairways are short and green and the greens are pretty fast and challenging. The back nine gets in to the woods a bit, but it is the par 5's that you have to play a bit of strategy, or just go for it-up to you!
The greens were respectable but the course lacked fairways on most holes. It was mostly rough and not well maintained. It was definitely not what I expected based on reviews. Disappointing no doubt. The price was certainly fair. I will say that. The pace was also good but we played early so that’s to be expected. Overall, I would not come back unless they put the proper time into putting in the same quality of their greens with the rest of the course.
Very disappointed when we showed up for our T-time only to find the "pro shop" was closed with a note on the door indicated that it was closed due to the weather. You could go ahead and play by depositing your honor system $$$$ but no cars were available. Unable to play without a cart, we had no choice but to leave. I was disappointed that I had driven down from another state and the course made no attempt via email or phone to let me know the course was effectively closed. Turns out the weather was just fine.
Good out of town course
Good place to play. Very scenic. The only down side, is the price they charge to rent a golf car.
GREAT GREENS!!
This course was in great shape for winter play. Fairway roll and decently quick greens. COOL layout and the doglegs were challenging!!
Good times
The course is in great shape, greens rolling true fairways nice and dry. Lots of leaves on the edges so stay on the short grass or you risk losing balls you normally find.
Nice out of the way course
Nice out of the way course. Was in really good condition, especially considering the extended winter we've had! Fairways were firm in most places, and the greens rolled nicely (although not very fast). They've made a nice addition by installing 3 warm-up hitting bays so you can loosen up before your round. Good value too!
Hidden gem
Been playing here for many many years. Every year it improves dramatically, and this round is no different. Fast, true greens, and a challenging back 9.
Great value
A nice course, especially if you like to play through the winter as it drains well and it takes a lot of water to make it unplayable. Great staff and all around pleasant experience.
Quirky layout, but fun course
Enjoyed the value, the play, and the quietness the course offered .
Beautiful
The chorus hasn’t gotten more pristine and beautiful compared to what it was five years ago
