Great Value
Nice playing course. Definitely best golf value for the dollar in Medford area.
Always a good time
This is one of the most reasonably priced courses in the NorthWest and is a very unique track with much elevation changes, trees, and water. I love this place.
Intersting mix of hills, trees and water
Greens were in good shape and a bit slower than I am use too. I enjoyed the thought that was given in creating this course. Fairways and roughs were only okay. Due to the challenge I will return. Greens are large with undulations causing a few 3 putts... Bunkers were in poor condition.
Great Value for an Average golfer
The good news is the course is challenging for an average golfer as myself (I shot an 85 off the white tees). The greens were soft making a good shot stick to the greens and putting them was easier than average. I saw a lot of wildlife while playing which was nice.
The course isn't as nice a lot of resort courses. The drainage is poor for some holes, making the fairways soggy. But it isn't priced like a resort course either.
I wish this course was closer to my home I would play it often.
really has some great views and fun tee shots
The greens are in great shape my wife and I really enjoyed the days golf experience.
By no means a boring course.
The greens were in great condition.
This is always such an interesting and varied course to play, and excellent value. Very helpful and friendly staff.
Do not fall for the pictures and description on their website!
Looks great on the website.
And the price for 18 holes with cart was $45
What we got was barren, soggy tee boxes over watered to the point that most of them would be considered "casual water"
Also a few waterlogged greens with casual water.
Overwatered bare fairways.
This is the kind of course that should have a $20 play all day plan.
Pro Shop guy was friendly but then got yelled at by some guy for not staying on the cart path.
He was looking for a fight kind of guy.
Go play Eagle Point for the same money and play at a course that is cared for properly.
Nice Saturday Round
We were reluctant at first to make the half-hour drive from Ashland, but glad we did. Pretty course in good to excellent condition. Play was fairly slow, but it was prime time on Saturday. Recommended.
Great Day
Great course and friendly staff, not my first trip out and most definitely not my last!!
great golf gourse
The course was challenging and fun. The condition was excellent and I would play here again.
Pace
Never play on a weekend. Waited at least 5 minutes to tee off every hole
Great course
course maintenance was great. The weeds and brushy areas in out of play areas not attractive. Takes away from the 4 star rating of the course. Soggy spots at higher holes from natural spring a little annoying but out of play.
STONERIDGE
played after 12 pm, $35, great value. not a walking course. greens in good condition, fairways too lush, deep in spots.
back nine tougher, more interesting.
would definitely play again.
Bang for the bucks
Nice 18 hole course for the money. Enjoy the surrounding views and wildlife
Don't follow the directions
Golf Now app has the address correct (Antelope Rd), but if you click on directions, the map takes you to Brophy Rd, 20 mins away! Once you find the course (!) it is a very friendly place, great practice facility, well marshaled, and enough of a challenge for all levels.
Follow up
We had an awful experience there the 1st time. Course hadn't been mowed in 2 weeks, no grass on some tee boxes, etc. We LIKED the lay-out. Thought they might have been having a bad week or 2. I'm a 7 hdcp, played golf for 45+ years. Just finished playing our 4th course at Bandon. Have now played all 4 of the Bandon courses. Absolutely great by the way. This course is NOT Bandon folks. Called to see if conditions had improved any? Person who answered the phone was rude, wouldn't answer any simple question. When they are that defensive you KNOW there is a problem.
Fun course, challenging
1st time on the course, had been raining a lot recently so wet in areas. Well maintained, tough greens.
Fun to play.
Will definitely go back.
Fun Course
Fun course and a great deal. Dry conditions this winter have helped playability remain consistent.
Beautiful course, very scenic with a great layout.
This is a beautiful golf course! It is very scenic with wild rose and berry bushes, mature oak trees, and wildlife all around the course.
I love the layout of the course! It flows nicely throughout the property. Elevation changes add to the beauty and help test your abilities. The course is not overly difficult but strokes will add up quickly if you start missing the fairways and find yourself in hazards, trees, or native areas. But this is as it should be and adds to the charm of the course.
I played on 11/07/13 and the greens were in magnificent shape, some of the best greens I have ever played on anywhere! The fairways were in decent shape though thin in some spots as were the tee boxes. This may be normal for this time of year, I don't know, as I am new to the area.
Overall a really, really nice golf course that I will make a point of playing over and over again!!!
Best value by far in Southern Oregon
This is a great course with a lot of topography. Scott Lusk is an awesome head pro...very friendly and organized. Driving range, two putting greens, a chipping area
