Blue/Red at Limekiln Golf Course

Pace of play was nice. Went out at 12:30 on a Sunday. Nobody in front, nobody behind us all day. First time all year.

Would hate to recommend this course. I want it all to myself. Plus I shot the best round of my life. Broke 80.

Played here many times over the last 20 years, Three friends and I played here on July 4th, course conditions were fantastic, pace of play was great. Staff is always friendly and accommodating. Keep in in the short grass for an enjoyable round of golf. I just booked another tee time for tomorrow and look forward to playing here again.

Always a good experience over years of play here. Course in good shape and challenging to my advanced beginner skills. Stay out of the rough - thick and sticky!

It has some ups and downs but would not consider it a hilly course. Never had to wait a significant amount of time on any hole. Overall a nice round of golf for an average player.

The greens were in excellent condition as was the rest of the course. Played the Blue and White courses, all was very enjoyable and will be back there later in the summer.

Best greens I've seen this spring, it was a real treat. Fairways, tee boxes, bunkers, all in good shape. Staff was friendly and helpful, nice not to get the usual "discount attitude". Played red/white, a good mix of holes to keep you guessing. Not much sand but lots of trees and some undulating fairways to throw you off. Rough was fine, not too tall. Course plays to its yardage, not too long. Will definitely be back.

5 hr round for no other reason then searching for balls just steps off the fairways and even greens....and we weren't the only ones with this problem based on the number of other victims' balls found while searching for ours. It became comical when we didn't think about losing a stroke or the cost. So if you are the type of player that hits every fairway & GIR then you'll love this place because the greens are excellent. If you're not, beware. I for one won't go back until the Fall when the grass starts going into its dormant stage.

The weather was perfect, the course was in excellent conditon, th epace of play was great. The onl thing missing was a hole in one...maybe next time

I went as a prepaid single and was paired with three nice guys. Play got a bit sloppy and we spent some time looking for balls and the rough was up a bit so that made it a little more difficult. We lost several balls in rough that should not have been lost balls not that far off the fairway. All that slowed up our play to the over 4 1/2 pace when there was no one in front of us holding us up.

A lot of time, the shorter, easier courses are beat up. To my suprise, this course was in good shape. The fairways and rough was average but the greens ran smooth. The staff didn't give off a great first impression and didn't seem to care when anyone teed off. I played blue/red and not many holes set up for my fade but overall not difficult to scramble.

Nice course for the money. Staff is great. Course was in above average condition. If suggest it to anyone looking to get a quick round in.

First time playing this course. Was in nice shape. Would play again for sure.

Nice layout on all 3 9's. Challenging enough for the mid to upper handicapper.

Greens are pristine but fairways could have a tighter cut and most of the tee boxes need a lot of work (i.e. many slope side to side or up and are very bumpy). I would expect more for the non-golfnow rate.

I was pleasantly surprised to find a nice little course in this area. We maintained and nicely cut greens, nice bar/restaurant, friendly staff even when booking on golfnow. Good experience all around. Will definitely be back.

Good course, good pace, good condition. Definitely will play again and recommend to friends.

Went with my 2 brothers and had a fantastic 4 hours. Everyone was fast paced so minimal of 3 minute wait per hole. Very friendly staff.

Course in top condition. Greens were aerated recently and coming back in very nice. They were slow but will get better when they can cut tighter. Great round of golf.
