Pinecrest Country Club

We had a very nice day on Monday! We are former members of this country club so we knew the course layout very well. Everything was well maintained. A few wet spots after the 5" of rain in the previous days. Sand traps seem to have been overgrown a bit. Greens & fairways were beautiful.

Only problem was greens where hard to hold and blind shots for a first time there.

Greens were lightning fast and in great shape . Rough was thick and fairways were plush for mid-April . Will be back for more golf there this summer

Overall the course was in good condition. Lots of fall leaves made it difficult to find balls off the fairway but that's not their fault. If the northern weather holds I hope to play Pinecrest again.

Overall the course was in good condition but some of the tee boxes were in bad condition, a few of the greens had some bad spots and a couple sand traps were not good around the greens. That being said I like the course and will play it again when I have the time.

The course was dry and hard with the ball carrying well when it hits the ground. Fairways we're groomed nicely and the greens were well manicured and very fast for my skill level, but still very fair pin placement. I would suggest improvement to the existing sand traps some of the trees could be maintained a little better. All in all it was a nice day to golf on a nice local course.

We enjoy playing the somewhat challenging course. The greens are a little tricky. The course is well maintained and was in great shape.
We like the bar and restaurant and the food is excellent.
The staff is friendly and we really appreciate how well they take care of us.

Very nice course. Played 18 holes with cart in 3 hours by myself.

Course was littered with a lot of debris and damaged trees and branches from recent storm. Difficult to locate ball with all the leaves everywhere. Greens well well maintained, manicured , and fast. Have played this course a few times and it is usually in great shape. Will definitely play there in the future..

Course was in excellent shape with fast greens and some narrow fairways. Thoroughly enjoyed the day. Will be back.

I play practically daily during the summer months. Because of the photos and reviews I thought I would give this course a try. I drove 2 hours to get there and after playing wouldn’t walk 5 minutes to play for free. If this was my local course I would find a new hobby.

Fairways are in horrible condition, and the tee boxes are the same. The greens are ridiculous in that EVERY shot, unless perfectly placed, will roll off. The layout is pretty basic so nothing spectacular there. The so-called “hill hole” is tricked up and ugly. The pole behind the green used to orient golfers is a POS - how about straightening AND painting it!!

Don’t waste your time and money going here, it’s a dog patch.

Only thing I didn't like about this course was the vesque weeds. Slows play while players search for balls. Everything else was a great experience from check in at the pro shop to great greens with some tricky pin placements.
