Well worth trying
Played for the first time on the black and white course on a pretty muddy day. Course still played really well, greens on black were a little muddy and slow but were running great on white. The clubs got all the facilities you need to warm up or practice on and the course is laid out really well to be forgiving but also offer some challenges going for par 5s in 2. Overall a great course I’ll be coming back to
Best Value and Conditions in the area
Greens rolled around a 10 and had little to no grain. Fairways and tee boxes in great shape. Pace if play was poor as there were 4 consecutive groups of twosomes.
Greens role true
Had a great time. Course conditions were good. Only downside is they could blow the leaves off the greens.
Gorgeous golf, reasonable price
One of my favorites when in Raleigh area. Friendly people, beautiful golf course and fantastic fall weather. Play during the week, it is much cheaper (senior rate is great!).
Great
This is going down as one of my favorite courses. Staff is very professional and genuine. Course layout is terrific. Big difference between some other courses in this area is that the sand traps are maintained and very much in play. Greens are true and quick. If you play the back tees you use most clubs in your bag. Other golfers on the course understand speed of play and respect the track. No Ranger on the course and honestly you didn't need one. A+
Great Deal
4 o’clock tee time with a cart for $20. Because of their ties to Campbell University and the PGA management school, this course is always a great play. Worth the ride from Raleigh, Sanford, or even Southern Pines.
