Great condition for late fall, nice lay out, and very fun.
Thank U from VaBeach and Indy!
The course was in great shape and the greens were as close to perfect as you can get- fast and true.
The Pro (Art) and his staff were welcoming, friendly, and accommodating! If I lived nearby, this would be my “home” course!
The pace was SLOW but we hit extra shots and rolled extra putts.
Thanks for a great round.
Great track
I’m an out of towner, use to playing mid to high end courses. 12 hdcp
Pros- course was PLUSH- greens in great condition rolled smooth and true! For a first timer- the course was marked decent. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Snack bar and bar were easily accessible with friendly staff.
Con- pace of play was a little slow- we played 20-30 mins behind the course suggested pace. Gave us plenty of time to drive up fairways and scout our next shots.
We’ve already booked our next round for Sunday.
Keep up the good work Meadowink
Worth the price
Course is different. Has it’s challenging holes. Has some holes that make you know your club distances. Some blind shots. Pace of play on Sunday was slow. Other times I’ve been there faster. But worth the price.
Very nice course for the money
Course laid out very nice. Tee boxes in great shape. Greens in amazing condition. I will definitely be back to play again soon.
Drought
We are currently going through a pretty serious drought while other courses are dry and patchy this course was very green and the greens rolled true throughout the round. Very well kept during the weather issues.

One of best public course in area
New owners have vastly improved course. Fairways are in great shape and watered as needed unlike many other public courses. Greens are true and kept in excellent overall condition compare to many private courses I've played.
Costs are very reasonable for the quality of the course.
Would have gotten 5 stars but had a dirty cart during Covid
The course was in good shape despite near drought conditions. I played here last week and today. Course is in better shape than other local courses that I like to play. I had not been here in a few years and was pleasantly surprised with the conditions.
I would have given it 5 stars but today my wife and I took our too teenage boys and my wife's cart was filthy, first thing in the morning. There were beer cans and garbage left on the cart. If they didn't clean the beer cans and garbage out then I'm sure they didn't clean it appropriately for Covid. Hopefully it was just an oversight.
As for the course, it can be challenging due to lots of hills and blind shots, but I like that. If you are new to the course, it might benefit you to play with someone who has played here before. Blind shots and distances can be misleading.
But all in all, the course was in good shape. I wouldn't let my cart experience keep you from playing here but you may want to bring some wipes and check the cart before you load all of your stuff on it.
Where is my ball?
I really like this course. There are hills but the course layout plays them well. The back nine has many sloped fairways which I think is kind of neat because you have to shape your shots. Even so, most drives will find the rough which is quite long. The first 10 yards of rough needs to be mowed regularly. It is usually lush as it is covered by the fairway watering system. As it is now, every ball that found the rough in that area was almost impossible to find. This really slowed play.
