Excellent beginner and short game course

I am not the best golfer around. In fact, I have only recently started playing the game. However, when I was younger, I would frequent this establishment on Sunday afternoons with my brothers and cousins and for $8 a piece we could play golf. The purpose of this course is definitely to introduce golfers to the game without overwhelming them with long par 5s and large water hazards and bunkers. Simply put, this is the course you go to to practice your short game, and introduce others to the sport. All tee boxes are artificial turf mats, and the longest hole might be 90 yards. I always played this course with a pitching wedge, and a putter. That is all you need. You can bring sand wedges as well. There are obstacles on the course in some places. At one hole you must hit is over a 3 foot wide creek. At the next hole you have to hit it across a small pond. Nothing difficult, but excellent for beginners. I love this course. You cannot beat the value, and it is good fun golf
