Had to play back 9 twice
Front nine took just over two hours ahead, not too bad. On hole 18 and looking at the Teebox on hole 1 there’s dozens of people by the practice green. A high school match went off starting on hole 1. Had to play the back 9 again. Really like this course but don’t understand the logic behind us teeing off on the back.
Fun course
It's a fun course to play with elevation changes. Fairways and greens were in great shape. Some of the bunkers were impacted by recent rain but they are being fixed soon. I enjoyed the overall course layout and would recommend it especially once the bunkers impacted by rain are fixed.
Well maintained course with friendly staff. Course provided a great golfing experience for the price.
Another good round
Played in a twosome on a Wednesday morning in April. Greens had been punched the previous Sunday, so the hot dogs and soft drinks were free! Course was uncrowded. Played in 4 hours, and I’m not very good. Course was in good shape, except the bunkers were not good; water and stone filled. To be fair it had rained early that morning, but that doesn’t explain the rocks! Greens, while punched, were ok. The people are nice and the restaurant is good. The layout is a bit quirky (back to back par 3’s followed by back to back par 5’s), but I like the track track and it’s good value for money.
Bad course
I went here after work my tee time was 4 o’clock when i booked i was told we could use carts i got there and was told i would have to walk because apparently they don’t let carts out after 3? The sunset isn’t until 7:15 the owner was rude with a bad attitude i e played here countless times and never had a problem i guess there was a rule change this course is a joke and i won’t be back neither will the 3 people i played with
Tough Course
This course was in almost perfect condition and very challenging. It is like playing on an elevator: I have played on steep courses locally (Glenn Mills, Rolling Green, Radley Run) and this has more elevation ups and downs than all of them. Can't wait to get back here when the weather is warm and try to beat my previous score. The high number of dog-legs vs other local courses force you to play more strategically. Great challenge.
Course has some Nice holes
I think its Well kept and a petty Good value for your money compared to other near by coures .I will say though i Used to play this Course Auite a bit when i lived down the street its been 7 years since i moved but i n really No other golfers playing with me are crazy about the 2 short par 3s together on back Especially the 2nd par 3 !
JUST OK
The sand traps are in great need of soft sand. They seem to have made half of each fairway heavy grass. The way the heavy grass was my wife had a rough time reaching the short fairway grass areas.
