Oldies but goodies
Tight fairways, lots of Hazard left and right of the course. Different layout, blind tee shot, need to play regular to score well.
Greens soft despite recent drought. Tee boxes and fairways dry and hard. Quirky course with enough blind shots and road crossings to keep you on your toes. Friendly staff.
First day of July
Great way to spend first day of July. Greens were great speed. Had a great round.
A spectacular course design by Robert White
I was very pleased playing Glen Brook. The staff (Bill Lee, Carol and Casey) greated me like I was family and the course was in perfect condition with lush rough, tight fairways and well manicured, fast greens. I play Harkers Hollow and Robert White designed that course and Glen Brook as well both offering a wonderful day. Thank you so much for offering me these two wonderful courses to play GolfNow!
Nice Robert White design well worth playing
I really enjoyed the layout. Another Robert White layout that took some imagination to create. Enjoy!
Great Course!
We played two times in three days. What a gem this course is! Great condition (playing in November) and the staff were professional and super friendly. We will definitely come back. We didn't get a chance to eat at the restaurant on site, but will be sure to do that next time.
What a great course!
I was amazed from the minute I pulled in w/ the beauty of where this course sits! Things only got better from that point on. The starter made sure we got out in front of an outing going on. Myself and the two guys I played w/ had nobody behind us and nobody in front. We had the course to ourselves as it so happened. Back to the course itself; was gorgeous w/ and amazing layout (Par 3 # 8 stands out as well as par 4 #11, incredible). The greens are extremely well maintained by course management and played true even w/ the aggressive pin placements. Fairways were good to good w/ nice fescue despite being damp & really soft in certain areas, but that’s thanks to all the rain lately. That’s even more of a nod to the GC. They can’t control the weather!!
Will play again for sure and soon, I can’t wait for fall golf there especially.

No.
Never once have i ever booked a tee time and had an entire tournament league booked for the same time. They were nice enough to let me go by however due to an extremely slow group in front of me I had the league breathing down my neck the entire time I was there. Extremely stressful and not enjoyable at all. This compounded by the fact that the fairways were giant mud pits. Poor reservation management and no prior warning that the course was essentially a swamp make this a complete waste of time and money. Terrible experience. If I had known a league was playing at the same time or that the course was overly waterlogged I'd have rescheduled. Anything to get as many dollars on the course as possible I suppose.
Go play
Course was not that Difficult. Fairways were dry and plenty of roll. Greens were slow but readable.
