Heritage Hills Golf Resort
Heritage Hills Golf Course plays across the lush, rolling hillsides that York County is known for. The course has a classic design with some tough holes that will test even seasoned players. The layout also offers plenty of risk-reward opportunities that encourage you to carefully think about your strategy on each hole. The greens are large and undulating and the fairways are expertly manicured. Golfers will have to contend with the hilly terrain, particularly on the par-3 fifth and par-4 16th holes, which have the most dramatic elevation changes. Native vegetation accents the landscape and there are also interesting water features that come into play throughout. Heritage Hills Golf Course's pretty landscape provides some beautiful scenery to go along with your round, especially during the spring when the pear and cherry trees begin to bloom.

Great value on hot deal
Greens aerated on back so had to play the front twice. Got there right at tee time to be told an hour delay for frost. Was 40 degrees out and had called on 1-hr drive up and told nothing expected as far as any delays. Overall fairways in excellent shape
The course was convenient and priced right
It was very convenient and “gulf now” made it cheap and fun
Heritage Hills Golf Course
Pro Shop is the Best. Most helpful and Friendly. Carts were clean and ready to go in the AM for 8:10 time. Tee markers well placed and easy to see. A well rounded but hard Test of Golf even in February. Play many times year round here.
Winter I guess
Course was good for February. I booked on Golfnow and got a great deal. I never played here so the club house location was hard to find. I'm going to blame the chaos of 100's of ppl snow tubing in the resort setting. Too much going on in that area. When I did locate the clubhouse, no staff were tending to the golf side of clubhouse. Overall it was nice golfing in February and course wasn't bad. Cart path in bad shape.
Well maintain and clean. Green is great. Price is good msu comedy and then.
Destination Golf Course. Very nice Clubhouse area. Double bar area/Restaurant right behind 18th Green. Place to be. Course is in good condition, all areas lush, including the rough that is very penalizing. Greens 50/50 some a little rough. Nice layout can;t miss at this time.
Good overall and highly recommended
A first class public course with conditions and amenities better than most. I’d recommend Heritage Hills to any golfer.
My partner and I played this very nicely kept course at 6:40AM on a Friday morning for our first time. The course was in great shape. Its not your typically driver off the tee every Par4 & Par5 hole course. Many of the holes require you to play smart target golf off the tee. The layout offers plenty of trouble and challenges you to play smart golf. If you spray the ball, club up because the rough is punishing as it should be. The greens are huge, hard to miss and very well maintained. The cart paths need redone in many spots but if you ride beside them it's smooth sailing. Watch out for the water you can't see from the fairway on the 18th. At the start of round, there was no one there yet to check us in and we had to start the round without a card. Luckily, we had a GPS we could keep score on. They need to put a mailbox back on the post at Hole 2 stocked with scorecards and pencils to help prevent and mitigate rocky starts. We were told to pay at turn. There was some misunderstands at the turn that resulted in my partner and I paying twice for the round, once thru GolfNow and once at the ProShop at the turn. Upon getting home and discovering I had paid twice, I called the ProShop to recover the over payment. The discussion started out rocky and I thought it was gonna be a hassle getting a refund. However, a short time later I got a call back from the ProShop Manager Don who committed to refunding me the over payment. If they would have had it staffed correctly, scorescards in a mailbox at hole #2, smoother cart paths, sand bottles and club washers on the carts I would have rated it 5 Stars despite the horrible score I posted.
Course was in great condition. Greens fast. Pins on tough positions.
There was an putting in front of us.
So it played slow. Took 5 hrs.to play.
Other than that it's a fun course to play.
Will be back
Fairways were great, greens rolled true although just a touch slower than what we were used to. You can get into some real trouble here but it's a very fair test.
Very challenging for the ladies!
There is not much of a break in the placement of the ladies tees! The greens are very challenging with many slopes.
Outstanding day of golf
The pro shop guys are awesome. Starter is friendly and the course is incredible. One of my favorite courses to play around my house.
We had a great experience at Heritage, wonderful course and friendly staff. The restaurant and bar is fantastic.
Great layout! The Golfnow deal was great. Although being aerated, the course was pretty good condition for this time of year. Cart paths need some work, aside from that some very picturesque challenging holes that help create a very good golfing experience. Well worth the trip to York,PA. I definitely recommend
