Challenging course. Well-maintained. I will definitely play here again.

The course and staff where great, but the pace of play was bad 5 hours to play a course that should take 4 hour at worse. Will be back hoping to have a faster pace next time.

Played with my wife. Good day overall. Some parts of course are wide open, others will make you pay dearly for mistakes. Overall conditions were ok. Public course in decent shape for a good price. Friendly staff. Recommended to give it a shot.

I have played this course about 10 times and have been understanding it better each time. Course plays good with any water hazards to test your length and accuracy. The greens wee very fast this day along putts challenging. The layout is good and pastoral

They double tee off 1 and 10 so we played the front quickly and caught groups on the back. Slowed us down.

The course was extremely wet from the recent rains. Would love to play it again when a little dryer.

Course layout is fine. Under normal conditions it would be a nice course. However, the entire course was under water. Needed to move ball on almost every shot. Sand traps were lakes.
New golfer, playing more often to improve.
Am beginning to shot mid 90's.
Trying to find nearby course to join with reasonable rates.

This was my first time playing Shadowmoss Plantation. It was an enjoyable round of golf am the course was in good shape. The staff was very friendly as well. I will be going back.

I played very early in the morning after a heavy rain the night before and even got hit with a little bit of a drizzle while playing so the course was a little wet but all in all was in great condition. The course is fairly challenging but not overly so, even for a high handicapper such as myself. Will play again.

Pretty Course and nice facilities. Especially for the money. They do a good bit of business, but it is not over crowded. Fairways are in great shape and the greens aren't to bad either. Course is not very long, but fun to play.

Staying at Seabrook Island for the 4th of July. Paying for 3 could not afford to play anywhere out there. Got an early afternoon Saturday tee time for a little over $100. Was pouring rain when we arrived but the course drained nicely. This is a good, fair golf track and the Bermuda greens were really nice the day we played. Proximity of the housing to the course is not ideal but I've seen worse for a course in the middle of a housing development. Did have to wait quite a bit the back 9 but nor unreasonably for a weekend afternoon. Would play again.

Course was in good condition and very well kept. Staff at the resteraunt could be a lot more friendlier with the public but the food was great.

Will definately come back next time when in town.

Enjoyed the course. It is laid out so golfers on any scale of ability can enjoy. You can tell it is a semi-private course locals not very friendly. Will return to play again.

Course was in good shape and pace play was awesome.

Fun driving, fair play, greens are quick but hold, pace sometimes slow due to poor starter assignments.

Memorial Day Sunday. Course was packed. Three hours for front 9 and then quit due to pace. Course was in decent shape given the traffic, but the tee boxes were like rocks, as was the practice range. No scenery.

The starter was totally unacceptable. He let a 2some and threesome go before 2 4somes and a club outing of over 20 players. This caused a backup like I have never seen before. Ther were 3 foursomes waiting to tee off through the entire round. This was terrible management by the starter and ranger and I won't be back again.

This is a fun course to play and a good value for the price. Everyone from the Pro shop to the cart guys were really courteous. The course is laid out nice with some challenging holes. The greens were probably about a 5 on the Stimpmeter and were in fairly good shape. I played my round in about 4 hours and 15 minutes so the pace was good. The practice facilities were good as well. I played with some regulars and they made the round enjoyable. Overall, it is a good place to play.

Tee to green was fun. First timers but the yardage card for $1.50, not so much for the distance but for the location of hazards. Blind hazards abound, yet very fair. Really don't need a driver. par 4's only 320-385 from the whites. Greens were a bit bumpy and still very playable. Most pin placements were excellent, even the gut with local knowledge had a tough time reading them. Made for a challenge; nothing stupid, just fun. Fairways excellent condition. Pace was great hardly any waits to hit. YES I would play here again.
