Dusty Hills is a nice little getaway close to home.

Dusty Hills is a good course to go to because its not congested, we didn't have anyone in front or behind us and could play leisurely. Some holes are challenging and others are easier making for a mostly stress free round. The course was also in good condition. The staff was friendly but you can tell they don't really like the fact that we get a discount through GolfNow.com. Oh well.

Not bad

Greens are nice overall. Faster than other local clubs. Front nine has plenty of water and woods. Back nine is more "links" style. Really wide open. Course can be a little confusing to get around. Some greens are right beside other holes tee boxes. Staff is never very friendly. Talks to younger golfers (under 45) as if they are children. Range is pretty bad. Otherwise overall place using terrible. Good considering where it's located.

Dust bowl

It was hard to find a decent patch of grass even in the fairways. Greens weren't much better. They were in the process of airrating the fairways so hopefully it will improve. I did like the layout of the cource. They couldn't even put water in the ball washers. Won't be going back anytime sone.

Fun course to play.

Pro Shop staff were friendly and accomodating. Fairways were in good shape for the season and smooth enough so that I always had a good lie. Greens were in good shape, fast and dome-shaped so chips and long putts were challenging to get the right speed. Bunkers had hard sand I had trouble playing from and cart path paving needs some leveling. Overall fun course to play with just the right amount of challenge to keep it interesting.
