#4 West is a cool short par three with several good tee angles into an undulating green. Photo submitted by DenisDotson on 03/28/2020
The best scenery is on #8 West - a long and testing par 5 along the Calabash River. Photo submitted by DenisDotson on 03/28/2020

Don't miss it
Played the North and west nines. Which is the old west course. 3 hour round, only two of us. Course was in excellent shape. Greens rolled extremely well. Not to fast or slow, they held there lines. Ask your packaging company to include it in your next quote as it is good value.
fun course, friendly helpful staff
Greens are in great shape, fairways are good but tight, tees and traps need help. Friendly very helpful staff.
Interesting course with good variety - 6 par 5s, and
5 par 3s. Good proshop and clubhouse.
Nice course, holes not linked to SwingU
Course was nice, very well-kept. They are changing the layout of the course (homes to be built) and it does not line up with apps like SwingU and others. It made my GPS distance not work for the course. Other than that really enjoyed it.
Its. a 27 hole course and only saw one beverage cart throughout the round. With as hot as it is and no coolers allowed having more than one beverage cart would make since
Very Nice Surprise
Staff was very friendly. The course was in very good shape. Not quite a 5 but somewhere between 4-5. Most of the tee boxes were in good shape. Fairways were in good shape. The greens were in good shape considering that they had been aerated recently. Should be very nice in a couple more weeks. The West and East run along the intercoastal waterway. The North does not so less hazards. I played West and North. Will definitely play again.
Very nice course. Great condition and great layout . Greens were in great shape. Will definitely be back.
Enjoyable day on a nice course. Greens were tough to understand
The speed as they had recently been maintained.
Classic Maples Course
We played the north to the west. Course was in the best shape I’ve ever seen it. The new greens were really rolling great. Friendly staff and great service.
Due to Covid 19, there was no drinking water in the course and the cart girl left early because it wasn’t crowded. No rakes in the bunkers also due to 19.
Greens in very good condition but a bit shaggy as were the collars. Course was very wet due to recent heavy rains.
The course was in good condition generally with well-maintained fairways and greens. The layout provided a nice challenge and lots of variety, requiring careful shot placement to avoid hazards and awkward lies. And I always enjoy the views, especially from the holes along the Calabash River and marsh areas.
This is a great track. The layout is beautiful. Greens were in great shape and fast. Definitely will be back.
The course was in great shape and was wide open for play. it was very scenic & was secluded from players on other holes. My favorite holes were the ones’ right on the inter coastal waterway. My only complaint was that my Garmin GPS did not register the holes correctly and therefore, I did not get the use of GPS.
I would definitely recommend the course to others and plan to play it again soon!
They sliced the greens but forgot to mention it and the new layout wasn t nearly as nice as the original...staff were friendly and efficient pace play was great extemely windy day love many holes and setting by Marsh and harbor very nice. Rick
