Table Rock Golf Club stands out from many other courses in Ohio thanks to the abundance of trees. This public course is not the most challenging or scenic, but it is fair test of your skills and it is known for its excellent conditions. The layout has a more open front nine but towards the back of the course is where the abundant trees come into play. The last nine holes are much tighter with narrow fairways bordered by dense forest. Accuracy is a necessity in order to finish well. The 14th and 18th holes are local favorites. Table Rock Golf Club's layout is player friendly enough for beginners but still provides challenges that appeal to more experienced players. There are also five sets of tees to further adjust the game to your skill level.

Great Condition for this Time of Year

Considering all the rain we got recently, Table Rock far and away exceeded my expectations. The course and greens were in great shape, and the pace of play was great. The staff is very friendly, and I had a great time with my friends playing one of Central Ohio's best kept secrets. I will certainly be back to play again soon.

Great shape

The course was in great shape with the exception of a few bunkers, wet and needed raked. Speed of play was good. I played as a single and most players worked me through. Great value for $20 online. Highly reccomend buying online.

One of my favorite courses!

My husband and I play here a lot and both really enjoy it. I have taken just about every golfer in my family to this course as well.. Even though it's a little away from me. From golf carts with ball and club cleaners attached to well manicured course with plenty of challenging holes.

Good value

The course was challenging a lot of hidden bunkers and water holes they have lost a lot of trees wich would have made the course very challenging the bunkers are in good shape but some of the greens are burnt.

Not the same back nine!

A lot of trees were lost due to the ash borer, other than that the course hasn't changed much over the years. It's still a lot of fun and a good value.

Great Layout, Could be in better condition

I have played this course many times over the years and the layout is excellent, especially the back nine. As many other golf courses with trees they have lost many ash trees to the EAB. But the wooded holes have not lost their character. With the cooler wetter summer, I thought the course would be pristine but tees and fairways were good enough but not spectacular. The greens however were rolling true and were fairly fast.

Love the Rock

Always enjoy playing Tsble Rock. You better work out the kinks in your swing on the front nine, because the back will get you if you are spraying the ball.

Fun course but...

This was our first time at this place. We started around 5 and it poured right before we started. Course was fun to play with water and bunkers making it interesting. Unfortunately footgolfers start to fill the front 9 and made it very frustrating and to play around them. One kid even kicked up on to the green we were on and moved some of our balls. The only other issue was some of the fairways were under repair but not to big an issue. Without these troubles the course would have been a 4 star for me.

Challenging

Some of the fairways are pretty tight, water and sand come into play. Greens are on the smallish side.

Great value, nice course

A friend and I played the course, it was misting the entire time, there were a few areas that were soggy, but non of the greens. It was a very enjoyable course for the money. Will definitely play again.

Overall good experience and well worth the money and drive

It was my first time playing and the course, staff, and almost everything else met or exceeded my experience.

The greens were cut well and gave true rolls. The fairways were excellent except for two holes where there were repairs taking place.

The online price was unbeatable.

The only negatives was that one fun challenging par four was changed into a straight forward par three (125 yards) because of repairs to the fairway. Also the group behind us had a few teenagers that hit into our group.

Overall I'd say 7/10, but it would be an 8 or 9 once those two fairways are fixed.

Impressive greens good appointments

I, my son and a friend played an enjoyable round. Though not a particularly challenging course, I found the greens to be ample size and fairly speedy. I will be playing again..

Bad experience

Course had poor staff and they let footgolf out in front of our group on the turn. Many little kids 5 and under running through fairways, very dangerous. Course is loosing most of their trees, ash bore damage. With tough conditions staff needs to be very friendly and they will run off the golfers with the footgolf if they keep letting them out at the same time.

Nice Course.. Great Value. . relaxing time

Played 18 here in a little over 3 and a half hours. Coarse was in good shape. Fairways were cut and greens were smooth and soft. The coarse has a footgolf track along the first 9 which is interesting but didn't come into play. Although if the actual cup was that size I'd never miss a putt.
Additional plus is that the players that day (mainly a couple 4 Somes of over 60 years of age) let me play through. Great Golf etiquette. Wish they would teach others that.
Finally, got a steal of a deal off of golfnow for 18 and a cart. Saved enough money I got a fried bologna sandwiche at the turn!
Now that's a good day at the golf coarse.

great value for the fees!

Course was in nice shape due to heavy spring rains. However, pace of play was quite slow. Course could have used a ranger on back 9 to speed up play...

Hot Deal

I have played this course if you times before using the deals provided by GolfNow. It is a nice course, but I would not pay more than $20 for it. I noticed more dead spots in the fairways this year and then before, nothing a foot wedge couldn't fix though. Nice scenery and a challenging course.

Challenging yet fun!

A long course , open front 9, tree lined back 9. Everything manicured well but a few of the greens had been airated. Also when making the turn we ended up behind a league. Slow!! Overall a 3 of 5. but is essentially my home course
