Quiet Golf in the Country
Simple, rural layout. The course was pretty well maintained; the fairway grass (combination of Bermuda, crabgrass, fescue, etc.) is identical to the rough, but mown closer. Pace of play was great -- course was not crowded.
This is a 9-hole track, so you play it twice to complete your round.
The pro shop had a very limited offering of food and beverage. It was more like a snack bar. And they didn't have any ice, nor do they sell beer.
Not a course I would play a lot, but it was nice to get away from the city and enjoy a laid-back round of golf.
Very nice layout
Layout is challenging even without a single bunker. Very wide landing zones in fairways but small greens. Greens were in decent shape for winter. Tees and fairways are in good shape. Pace was 3 hrs, but we bypassed a slow foursome. Worth the sub $20 rate.
nice course. decent challenge
Course in good shape. Offers good challenge for enjoyable round.
Great Course, Great Value & Friendly Staff
Close to home, well maintained course. Great value for the money and the staff is very friendly.
good public course
The greens did have a bit of disease, but overall, the course was good. 10 bucks is not bad for the middle of winter. cant wait till summer when everything grows back in and the daily rate is still under $20. will be back again!
