As a member, I an so grateful that our new GM (Justin) is about the BEST we have ever had. He is AMAZING because he does EVERYTHING that the past GM .s NEVER did. How lucky are we !!! WOW. The course for the money is very well priced. I would LOVE to see BETTER sand traps, they need MORE and better sand in them. The GREENS could be MORE consistent than they are. Overall, the course is getting better. The people who work there are VERY nice and friendly. Calling in to the PRO shop can be VERY difficult many times.
It's going to be a regular play for me.
Great coarse, greens are slower than molasses. A bunch of them look like the runways we blew up in Desert Storm, but looks like they are trying to bring them back. Everything else is perfect. Can't beat it for the money.

Best course I have played since I have moved to Texas
Just moved to Texas 1 month ago, from the frigid MN, where you can only play 6 months at the most. By far the nicest, well-kept greens around the Cobroe, Willis, Montgomery area. The greens are sneaky, tough. If you want to challenge yourself with next level green play this is the course. Great job, I'll be back.

Good not great course
Course wasn’t bad. The green were in decent shape. The fairways could use some TLC in spots. Pace of play was ok, several 5-some were on the course.

Not good
They do not keep their course well kept at all. The tee blocks are terrible, the greens are spotty and not consistent. Not worth your money at all!

Truth be told
The course was in rough condition. The recent weather has not helped. This course is not at all worth the 35 dollars to play it. Maybe 10 to 15 at best! They do also allow groups of 5 and six to play which is ridiculous.

Best course in Conroe area
Love the course, especially the touch screen display on cart which makes it easy to pick the right club. I try to play all 3 nines every time I play here, 19-27 are my favorite holes. This is my favorite course in the Conroe area. Course is well maintained, staff is great, carts are second to none on a public course.

No in good conditions
I played last may and the course was in good contortions, but now in winter the fairways are bad. So I believe there’s better options during this winter to play in a better shape golf course.
