Randolph Oaks Golf Course
About
The Randolph Oaks Golf Course is an 18-hole course that provides 7,172 yards of championship golf located only thirty minutes from downtown. After a much-needed update, the course now boasts renovated greens and sand traps that provide more challenge than the original design.
It is an enjoyable course to walk, making it a good option for juniors and seniors. The layout features a cut of rough around the greens, which have several breaks in them that make them pretty tricky. There are also numerous strategically placed sand bunkers. Randolph Oaks is open year-round and it also offers a lighted driving range with putting greens for golfers to get some extra practice.

A very good course
Randolph Oaks is on Randolph Air Force Base so it is not accessible unless you have privileges to enter the base, or are a guest of someone that can enter, and then actually play at the course.
The White tee box is 6700 yards. That is challenge enough for me at a 13.2 handicap and 62 years old.
There are plenty of holes that require accuracy. Water, bunkers, tree lines, dog legs, elevations. The course has it all.
The Pro Shop is well stocked and the people working there are very friendly. The food available is a wide range of variety and I always found it to be very good.
not worth raising rate
This course is not worth the rate increase you have posted. The greens on over half of the holes are in terrible condition.
Course rating
A long course with lots of water and sand the play is a little slow at times but it’s a fun course to play
Enjoy Playing at Randolph
It was a great day to play. Weather was perfect except for a slight drizzle for the last two holes (17 & 18). Pace of play was good. Some of the greens can use some work but hopefully they get better as the summer weather approaches. Oh and the new carts are a joy to have.
Enjoy Playing This Course
Today was a great day to play at Randolph Oaks Golf Course. It was not crowded. The temperature was not too hot, and I was able to complete 18 holes in about four hours. Some of the greens can use some work, but that’s to be expected after recovering from the winter. Besides that, the course is in good shape.
Payment question
Course was in fair shape for this time of the year, but when I went to pay for it with my PayPal account I was told my debit card had expired the last four numbers were 0062. That’s not my card no. Please check this out so that I may use PayPal account to pay for my green fees as in the past.
Great value
Greens were so so but overall great value for the money.. cheers
