The Links at Echo Springs

One of my favorite courses in central Ohio. Always in great shape. The only negative yesterday was there was a fivesome ahead of us. Made for a 5 hour round, yikes!

Nice course, well maintained traps and greens. BUT, the course is wet and it doesn't appear that the fairways will be drying out anytime soon. Many holes were cart path only, others 90 degrees. I like the layout except I'm not a fan of blind shots and they have a number of them. Over all good value for the standard price and excellent value for the "hot deal" price. I'll be back later in the year when then weather is hot enough to firm up the fairways. Also the 3 dollars for the course guide is worth it for a first time player.

I have played here before in some outings. I do enjoy the course and would recommend playing.

Fairways and greens were in great shape! The bunkers had a good amount of sand and were in decent shape for spring golf. The course may be overlooked due to its distance from Columbus however with the cheaper rates it's worth the trip.

Since it's still a little early the course is a bit rough. Grass in the fairways was long. Pace of play was ok 4 some in front of us would not let us play through. Easy course to play in 4 hours.

After reading a couple of the most recent reviews I was a bit nervous to book this tee time and make the drive. I am very glad we decided to play. The course was in great condition fresh mow on the fairways and rough and while the greens were slower than I am use to, they roll true. They have a nice grass tee driving range and chip and put area in good shape as well. While the course is not overly difficult the links grass will make you pay if you are erratic from the tee. For the price we paid I would definable you recommend the course. Looking forward to my next round there.

I'm a huge fan of Echo! Open & challenging all at the same time! The fairways were in great condition and depending on the hole locations approach shots can be very challenging! Exciting par 3's and the course keeps your interest through the entire round! Great staff and atmosphere, I'll play this course multiple times this season!

This has been one off my favorite courses but this round was very disappointing. The rates have gone up but the course has gone down. There was no starter and no ranger monitoring pace of play and thus we had a 5.5 hour round. The fairways had not been cut so it was like hitting out of the rough. The sound traps had rocks and very little sand. Not worth the cost.

It was sunny, 50°, & a little windy, but for mid-March in OH that's pretty good! The course was in EXCELLENT condition (again considering it is MARCH in OH) and it's a fun & challenging layout. Will play it again!

Played this course for the first time this year. I live outside 270 on the east so only about 20 minute drive. I largely had the course to myself which was awesome. Loved the layout. There were a lot of leaves on the front but the staff was working to blow those aside. The greens are some of the slowest around but they were in good shape. Tee boxes are in okay condition and fairways were pretty good too. There were a few notable exceptions where fairways had issues on the back 9. Looks like they might have some grub issues with animals digging LARGE holes, of which I found a few with tee shots. I will definitely play this course frequently next season.

Great weather and a great course, a perfect match. The course played firm and fast. Great job by the mainitence crew clearing the course of leaves. It was a little breezy and with the firm greens made some shots rather challenging, but with the color of the autumn leaves even a three putt couldn't spoil the day.

I would of given this course 5 stars if it wasn't for slow greens and patchy 18th fairway. This course has a potential.

We are playing in an outing at The Links next weekend and decided to get in a round. We couldn't have been more pleased with the course as it was in great shape!!!

The only crazy thing was a dead mole on the #1 green but just as we were heading to #2 tee a hawk solved that problem!!!

On a Saturday I signed up as a single expecting to be paired up. When I got to the course, they sent me out as a single. Not good with a full course. Ended up joining a twosome that teed off behind me. Course should have paired me up.

One of the most beautiful courses we play in our Sunday rotation. The course has several very challenging holes and poor shots are punished appropriately. The tee boxes, fairways, rough, and greens are all in great shape. The greens were a bit slower than we expected, but approach shots checked well and the putts rolled true. Overall, this is one of the better courses we play.

The course was great, the pace was slow. We were there on a Tuesday morning and surprised to see how busy it was. The other older golfers don't have an appreciation for "ready golf" nor golf etiquette. However you can't blame the course on that. We will definitely go back again!!!

Interesting layout. Bent grass greens in good shape, but know that the rest of the course is blue grass. If you want bent throughout, head over to clovervalley. Staff was great, but snack shop was just that. Its a real haul for us to get to this course so we will not be back on regular basis, but we want to play again at some point. And we walked the course. Very walkable.

I always enjoy playing the links. A few easy holes and some very challenging holes mixed in with some tight drives. Each side features a signature like par five. This time I was able to play in exactly 4 hours, as the groups ahead and kept pace.

The course is not links. It is a nice course with a good variety. The only problem we had was putting twosomes out on the weekend caused my foursome some stress.
