Interesting course...
Interesting golf course. The beginning of the course has short holes very close together in a sort of convoluted routing. Then you get out back and it turns into a much better, more difficult, interesting course. It's worth playing if you're in the area, but lower expectations a bit. The after 3pm deal for $25 each including cart is reasonable. Rack rates not so much, for what you're playing.
I was driving up to visit my friend in Island Pond, VT and we decided to play this course. First off, maybe the best value of all time. Cost me around 30 dollars (including cart). The conditions were good and the staff super friendly. There were literally 0 bunkers on the course which I found to be a little odd, but also couldn't complain about it too much. I had never seen that before so I thought it was a nice change. The views of Vermont were amazing.
