Spring golf
WET Course, feet got wet, pants got dirty muddy! Tough playing cart path only.
However, love the new look for 5,6,12,13, and 18.
Look forward to playing on a dry sunny day.
Good greens but under construction
The greens were the best I've played all winter.
One par 4 has a temp tee box but everything else is good. Worth the hot deal discount
New renovation is amazing and challenging.
New cart path. Reconstruction and cleanup of many holes is challenging.
Great course, avg staff
Bunker continues to be a great playing track, the updates on the course have been positive changes.
The one negative continues to be the staff. Chad and the ladies that work there are great but the rest of the guys are rude and act like you’re playing the best/most exclusive course in the world. Almost always end up on the first tee with a salty taste in my mouth after check in.
Great course
Course could charge more if they wanted!
Pin placement was tough. ( edge of the back of the greens)
Fairways, tee boxes, even the rough was top notch. This is my second time golfing this course.
Renovations
They are changing some holes now but it did not affect our round, just one temporary green but even it was in good condition.
Good and Bad
The gentleman who checked us in behind the counter was a pure professional. Couldn’t have been nicer to us. The starter, however, was a different story. His attitude was terrible. Shame on me for asking a course related question.
Top 3 course in the area!
Love this place! Played it a few times this summer already and its been great every single time! Always well taken care of especially considering the price! The greens are fast and true and the fairways and tee boxes are lush! Bunker Hill is an absolute favorite of mine and a must if you live in the area and havent played it yet! If your considering making the drive i would highly encourage it! Its in my top 3 courses for Ohio!
Currently under construction
Currently under construction. Probably effects at least 5 holes. One pat 4 is now a par 3. Not complaining about it just informing future players. Greens were extremely hard and approach shots rarely stayed on
Great Course with major improvements coming
First time playing this course and it was in great shape. Really nice and challenging layout without being too gimmicky. They are putting some serious Money into this course so I only see it getting better. These were some of the nicest and fastest greens I’ve played on in a long time.
Overpriced not worth it.
I booked my tee time and when I checked in with the starter the first thing he informs me is that I only paid for half of a cart which is absolutely bogus. I have been golfing and golfing a lot for the last 18 years and NEVER have I been informed that I paid for half of a cart. I understand that they have the right to pair up golfers in a group to form a 2-some, 3-some, or 4-some. However, they do NOT have the right to force you to pay for the other half of a cart in order to have your own cart. When you book a tee time YOU PAY FOR THE CART not for 1/4, 1/3, or 3/4 of the cart. If this is the case, why doesn’t every other course enforce this policy? When I play in South Carolina this is NEVER the case and I’ve been playing down south for about 14 years. This starter was old, cranky, unprofessional, and incredibly disrespectful. Clearly he was angry that I booked through GolfNow and got a better tee time price than I would have had I booked through the course directly over the phone.
The course itself was in below average condition especially for the price you pay. They tore up a fairway and made it a Par 3 but the tee box is in the primary rough which is unbelievable and shows the level of their golf IQ or lack thereof. At the very least place the tee box in the part of the fairway that isn’t being torn up. It doesn’t take a degree in Golf Management to know how to do the basic things correctly, how to retain customers, and how to bring in new customers. I would NOT recommend this course until these matters are permanently resolved.
Beautiful course and new carts
Played on opening day, staff was great even on first day with new carts. GPS is to be added with lots of course renovation underway. Paths are being redone and construction doesn’t effect the course too much besides par 4 being remade to a long 3.
