Beautiful golf day!
I came in on the back side of busy. The flow of play was pleasant. Course was in nice condition. An all around great afternoon to enjoy one of my favorite courses! Im sure i will be returning soon
Super Tuesday
Flow was excellent and the round was enjoyable! Not overly busy at that time, so I was able to enjoy a quiet round to unwind and relax. Always enjoy playing Bowling Green! Looking forward to a return trip soon!

Course was great and the layout is fair for an average golfer.
Always a Great Outing!
Have played here a few times now. Friendly desk staff and starter. Carts have the GPS which is always appreciated. Course was in great shape - they take good care of this course!

Every time has been great wish I could play better this course deserves that much.
Basic golf
Played here on vacation from up north. First time on a golf course in 6 1/2 months. Very basic not too difficult course which was just what I wanted. Green fee included a cart but the course would have been easy to walk. Played as a single in 3 hours. Course is easy to navigate, you can't get lost. Would play here again if the price is right. No frills golf.
It was a beautiful day so the course was quite busy leading to slower play. Bowling Green South is worth the trip. Personnel friendly and course in good shape. We applaud the maintenance staff as well.
A Positive Review
It was a great round. I was a single and they started me earlt as soon as I arrived. Course was in good condition. Somehow I played 18 in just over 3 hours. It was fantastic. The only thing I could ding on and it's minor is the carts were rough/cart path only.
A Great Place For a Round!
Always great staff working here. Slower groups have always allowed faster ones to play thru. Course is always in great shape!
Lots of great golf memories
Played this course the first year it was opened. Great memories of Automotive Industries/ Lear Corp golf outings, rounds with friends and with my grandson and his buddies. Taught my daughter to play on this course. Have moved away but will play again next time we visit the Shenandoah Valley.
Always enjoy playing at bowling green
Played the south this time with a good deal from golf pass. There were a bunch of foursomes in front so it took me 4 hours to play solo. Course was in great shape for this time of year. This course is well taken care of.

What handicapped and would have problems walking course. Cart path only, most holes were damp, didn’t see any mud or standing water. Could only play 9
Very Disappointing
Pace of play was terrible - 3 hours for front 9, so we called it quits after that. Course was not in great condition and many holes were cart path only. GPS in cart stops you from going on certain parts of the course which is great in theory but the lack of cart path makes it very confusing and annoying where to go for first timers, especially with no other on course signage. Went with a new course because rates were decent and hoped it wouldn’t be too crowded out in Front Royal but definitely disappointing all around. Would not recommend and won’t be returning.
