Labor Day Slow

This course is 9 holes with 18 tee boxes. My tee time was when the last group of morning times was going through the second time. First 9 holes took 3 long hours but the last 9 took one hour.

Tough Greens

The staff was very friendly, although I would encourage the maintenance staff to choose somewhere other than directly outside the clubhouse to smoke. The course was straight forward with some challenging greens. Nice course to get away. Perfect for beginners and senior players. Using the different tee boxes for second nine does make a difference.

Love this course for its value

The pro shop lent me a putter because I left mine at home. Sometimes the course is confusing because of the doubling up of the fairways. The other players on the course do a nice job of helping you figure it out. I got behind an incredibly slower than slow elderly pair....but I just replayed the first four holes which was easy to do on this course. I enjoy 5 - 8 by the river and the views are really breathtaking.

9 hole challenge

A fun mixture of holes, with different tees allowing for a different look on the back nine of this nice layout. Easily accessible from Routes 66 and 81 it's a fun challenge whether you want to play a quick nine holes or a full 18.

I played poorly

Course has rye fairways that are cut so short that it was hard to get a solid strike on ball. Greens were in good shape though a bit fast for 4 amateurs..
