worth the trip.
We really do enjoy this course...except one of the par 5s...snicker.
Pace of play depends on the crowd & sometimes the wind...In our case we had a "slow" player in the group......HATED IT!
Great course, perfect weather, fast pace. Greens were fast and fairway grass perfect!
Great prices, course was in great shape, staff was fun, has a pro shop with lots of Coug related items.
excellent course with some of the best greens I've played
I got a smokin deal when I booked this course. We drove from Spokane which was about 1.5 hours and the drive was well worth it, the views are incredible and the course layout is awesome!
great course and great price through golfnow
a links style with lots of bunkers. green a quick. I am some what disabled so I play from the front tee. I love the course and thanks to golfnow I will be looking for another hot deal and heading up that way before the snow flies. thank you Roger B.
Great test of golf on a perfect day
Played the Blues (6700ish) and the fairways, tees and greens were wonderful. Fastest greens I've played in awhile, yet they held good shots. 5 sets of tees, one of the guys with us played it under 6000yds had lots of fun.
Professional golf course with incredible features
Palouse Ridge far exceeds expectations and is truly an amazing golf course and is quite an experience to play. I have played many times at PR, both on the Gray tees (typically white at other courses) and Blue tees. The course is challenging, especially from the Blue tees, but is fair. When it is windy, the course is extremely challenging. Each and every tee box provides stunning views of the course and surrounding palouse hills of golden wheat fields and mountains in the background. The contrast between the bright green, lucious fairways/greens and the brown fields and surrounding areas provides a truly remarkable look and feel to the course. The greens are in absolutely pristine condition, and are well maintained by the staff. All the fairways, tee boxes, etc. are kept in incredible shape, and the little details make a big difference. The practice facilities are top notch, literally everything about the course is stunningly awesome. A great pro shop full of professional gear and attire, and not to mention a friendly staff willing to tell you everything you want to know about the course. This is by far the best course I've ever played and at the prices golfnow offers it is an unbeatable experience. I'd be willing to pay the full price any time to play in Pullman, Go Cougs!

Great course
Beautiful course, best in the area. University of Idaho's course was the one, until this course was built (rebuilt, actually). If you're playing from the Crimson tees, expect an extremely long play. From the usual blues or blacks, the course is comparable to Walla Walla C.C. - a particular favorite of mine. The greens are fantastic, and extremely fast - definitely their number one plus for the golf course. Many of the fairways lean either left to right or right to left, and there are hazards one would normally not anticipate, so prep yourself with the scorecard, at least, before playing! Have fun!
Excellent layout and conditions. Really fast greens.
First time the course and was very impressed. Greens were like the ones shown on TV at PGA tournaments. Nice to experience what the pros play. Excellent value for the price and fantastic scenery.
Fun, fun, fun
Never having been to western Idaho/eastern Washington before, I was unaware of the terrain that we would be playing through. Rolling hills are abundant in this area and this is what Palouse Ridge is - rolling hills, playing on top of and through the valleys created by them. The course has a neat layout and is definitely on my list of must plays.
Note - we played in mid-September. Again, not knowing what we were getting in to, we were unaware of the wheat fields in the area. Wheat farmers must like to burn their fields after the harvest and we caught this time of the year. Smoke from this burn-off made it hard to see where your ball was heading on some holes.
Always in good condition!
I love the fast greens and fairway grass that holds the ball high. The course is very fair if you're hitting the ball straight, but penalizes errant shots. I drive and hour and a half each way to play this course and feel it's well worth it.
palouse ridge in the summer
Played this in the late summer. The course is hard and fast then. I generally drive the ball 250-270 but was getting a lot more roll. It is sort of links like in play with respect to the greens since i thought they were hard and needed to account for this. The greens are smooth and fast.
For the price I got with golfnow, it was a ridiculously great deal. regular price is a little pricey but the best course I've played with the advertised greens fees. If you have played wine valley, this course is similar but with less slope on the greens.
Championship course, unknown gem.
Wow! A championship gem in our backyard that is spectacular. The golf now deals allow me to play over there at an affordable rate. Thank you Palouse Ridge and GolfNow!
