Challenging 9 hole course
The course was in very good condition. The greens were in excellent condition and challenging. Pace was outstanding, coat was very reasonable.
good layout for nine holes
I'd recommend this course as a Golfnow choice. The layout over eighteen holes is slightly boring, but through nine-fine!
I good walk not spoiled
This is a great value and well kept course and I especially like playing in the evenings because the course is wide open. Since its a country club all the regulars must play earlier in the day so it's wide open w/ limited waiting on other players. I like how GN can allow me to play courses like this that I would normally not get a chance to play. P.S. range balls included is a sweet perk too
Fantastic Greens!!
The greens are the star of this course! I golfed here with my son on a Golfnow deal, and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Everyone is very friendly at the clubhouse, and the course is in decent shape. I wish there had been a beverage cart, but all in all, well worth the money and to work on your putting game.
Extremely fast green makes the game challenging
Course layout is kind of boring but extremely fast green makes the game challenging. It was fun.
It is good idea to arrive early and spend time on putting practice to get used to fast speed and keep the ball lower side of green is must in this course.
9 hole Semi-private club with great greens
Greens were exceptional and very fast. Definitely have to think your way around this track. Only 9-holes but varied tee boxes make holes play very differently and feel like you're playing 18.
Good View
This course had a wonderful view of downtown Seattle. The greens played well and there were no pushing from behind...
glen acres
Interesting 9 hole with 2 sets of tees. Excellent huge greens
Great track.
Great 9 hole course for girlfriend and I. Nice folks running the place, Sandy in particular. Definitely coming back.
Nice greens, but...
Greens Keeper gets an A+, however the design of the greens are a little mickey mouse. A few of the greens are on a severe slope, which kind of made the course not too much fun to play.
I had a 8ft birdie putt on #2, barely tapped it - missed the hole and it rolled 20 ft by. #3 and #4 had the same design. Of course you always want to be below the hole, but this was ridiculous.
It was a good value, and we played fast, but the slope of the greens kind of ruined it for us. I probably won't play there again.
There's a Fast Green at the End of Every Swamp
I think this course would be a lot more fun in July, but at present, it is incredibly wet and muddy. Early May felt like early February. Balls were plugging all over the place, and casual water covers most everything off of the fairway. In a couple places, my shoes sunk in so far I had mud up to my ankles. It was difficult to get a playable lie, and losing a ball underground in the fairway was easy to do. The greens were in good putting condition, though riddled with unrepaired pitch marks. It's a nice layout with great potential, but it sure holds a lot of water. Pace of play and the undulating, speedy-ish greens made it a worthwhile round, but watch your ball closely so you know where to start digging...
Nice rolling terrain at this course.
Didn't realize it is only a 9 hole course with dual tees. Great rolling terrain makes it a challenging course, nice staff, too expensive though.
Great Course - But Private Still
It was a moderate day but it had rained hard the day/night before - otherwise I know it would have been more fun to play. Great course even if you just change tee box for 18.
amazing course
have played this courses several times in the past few years. very challenging and fun. great staff and food. best course hands down in the area. greens are true and well maintained. if you havent played here you are missing out.
Tougher than you think
Great little course with an unexpected challenge at an excellent price. Elevated greens and terrain undulation make it fun and challenging.
Nice course, good value
Staff was very friendly, greens were challenging, fast and undulating.
Well kept, nice challenge, super deal.
Great private course that gives some public access. Clean facilities, nice people, challenging course. Greens are super. Played in fall 10/17/13 and greens were a little slower but rolling well.
Rained out
Played 10 holes and the monsoon hit. Greens were flooded and cart path was a river. Went to turn in the cart and was greeted by staff that offered a free nine in the future. Beautiful course with views of Seattle on a couple of holes.
A good option in the Seattle-Metro area.
Played the course on a Sunday afternoon behind an elderly foursome in carts, and it was tedious for that. Free range balls for warmup a plus, though only irons can be used there. Layout is a good test with hills. Greens are the best feature, good amounts of slope and undulation, without too much punishment. Decent variation of tee boxes for each 9. Overall condition was a little scruffier than you expect for a private course, but it also had been a very dry summer.
Fast, undulating greens and some narrow fairways. bring your precision game and have fun
I suggest you play with a member so you don't have to learn the lay of the land by yourself. Some really challenging greens and some fairways you can drive through even with 3 wood, but an exceptionally fun course that you can walk in 3 hours.. How golf should be.
