Pace of play was terrible...

Course did not fit my game well at all. Really dumb layout with some really dumb holes. Greens were great and we still had fun. May or may not go back.

Great course with great help!!

The entire golf course staff was very nice and friendly, especially the short bald fellow was very upbeat and the other in the pro shop were also helpful. The course was in great shape and the greens rolled as smooth as ever. Never waited on a single hole on a Wednesday afternoon. I was pleasantly shocked by remodel of the restaurant but was unimpressed with my ginger waiter who low key creeped on my girlfriend while I was at the table.

You would expect...

When you pay $76.54 around here it comes with some expectations. You would expect tee times spaced so it wasn't a 5 hour round. Had to wait on at least every tee shot. You would expect good tee boxes, not mostly sand and a couple had ruts that reminded me of little league batters boxes (not like the manicured fields the kids get today) . You would expect to get a cart that could handle the hills there. They had to bring us a replacement on 10 or we would have never got around that side.

Fun Layout

The threat of rain must've cleared it out but we reaped the benefits! The place looked great. Easy to par if you're a straight shooter. Can be really challenging if you're off the fairway (or in the woods). Playing from the tips can add a lot of extra difficulty here. The greens are fun and challenging. 17 and 18 are excellent. The water loves your balls. Don't give it any.

average condition

Course condition has gone done hill since Oki Golf sold it. However, the price has gone down from couple years ago too. I paid $29. Overall value is better than average. Not an easy walking course, very hilly. Lots of people elected to walk, so the pace of play is not very good. Prepare for a long day if you are behind couple groups of walkers. Don't let the short yardage fool you, this is not an easy walking course. Par 5's are short from regular men's tee box.

Most of the course is under high voltage power lines, which did not bother me. Stinging nettle is growing everywhere, so don’t go looking for balls. The staff will drive around asking if they can let members play through even if you are keeping pace. One of the worst driving ranges I have used.

Best value golf course in Seattle

One of my favorite courses around Seattle. For the price, it's the best value with well manicured fairways and greens. Since under Columbia Hospitality management, course is in tremendous shape with Greens running fast, firm and smooth.

For those wanting to make a 30 min trip NE of Seattle will be rewarded with a great course and a chance to hit on the only true island green in Seattle!

Course in excellent condition!!

I play this course almost weekly, and the condition the course is in surprises me every week. I usually expect it to be super wet as it tends to rain a lot in the fall and winter here. But it is always in great condition, there are some soggy spots but very few compared to most of the golf courses in the Pacific Northwest.

Also if you plan to play winter golf all winter in the rain i recommend the Unlimited winter golf card here because the this course seems to have excellent drainage.

Never go there again

First of all, the proshop staff is very rude. They won't honor the price when I booked online and charged me a holiday green fee because it's Labor Day.
Secondly, the pace of play is horribly slow. There are 6 groups in a par 3 at one time. One on the green, one on the tee box, 4 groups behind. Luckily 2 groups that are members left so we can finish the round in 5 and a half hour!!!!
Thirdly, the course condition is not worth going a second time.

Bad Shape

The wet weather has not been kind to this course. Fairways were like rough, and the rough was US Open style. Not at all worth the money in this sort of shape. Lost balls 1 foot off the fairways...and plugged many in the fairways. Greens were great.

Fun Course

I very much enjoyed Echo Falls when I played there a few weeks ago. It's a fun layout with 4-5 easier holes that are fun to play and are complimented well by 4-5 tough ones. It makes for a nice balance over the course of 18 holes. The greens where rolling very well, especially for February. I like the updates that have been made to a few of the tee boxes since the last time I've played there too. I'll be back again for sure.

Oki? More like Hokey!

I have played this course twice this year, and in both instances was underwhelmed. The starter was nice enough, but the course conditions were sub-par to say the the least. The tee boxes need to be manicured and the sand traps were very hard with no ability to get a wedge into the sand. In both instances, my club came up with clay stuck to it and bladed balls.

The driving range may as well be a field for livestock. It is actually laughable.

I wrote the General Manager, who had plenty of defenses and little empathy for providing refunds or any other consolation.

My year-over-year impression of Oki courses is that they are over rated. Needless to say, I will never play Echo Falls again and this may be my last year as an Oki card holder.

Great Start To Navy Reunion

Just what you would expect from a golf course in this part of the country-- heavy forests, thick, healthy rough, and plenty of water hazards. This was the first leg of a three-day golf weekend with old Navy buddies (all with varying skills). Echo Falls was by no means easy, but not overwhelming either. Make no mistake, there are still plenty of opportunities for disaster (#17 & #18, the island green in particular). However, many of the par 4s and 5s are short, and you can get on a nice scoring run if you stick to fairways and greens. Obviously, driver is not necessary on all holes, but there are some opportunities to take a chance and go for it. Many difficult pin placements this day, though. Very few gimmes. Lots of fun until #17, but that is totally on me.
