Rolling Oaks Golf Club

Good course, seems to play longer than 6000 yards. Greens in excellent condition. Some fairways were half-dead, others were good.
Dont know why the club house was closed due to Covid, no others in the area are. Maybe to keep the regular drinks out.

My wife and I greatly enjoyed the course, as it is challenging, yet not overbearing. The greens were speeding and generally in good shape. The course experienced much wind damage to the trees this year, but amazingly did not damage the course in a way that effected the enjoyment of play.

After all of the storm damage earlier this season the cleanup and local grounds crews have done a great job of getting the course back in the best shape of the season! Great place to golf, I’d recommend it to anyone!

We had to wait for 2 carts prior to teeing off...bust the staff was very informative as to when carts would be available. Wide fairways and great greens....a positive day of golf!

Really enjoyed our day on the course! Greens are getting better everyday and great staff on the course and in the clubhouse!

Staff great. Course in great conditon. Challenging and fun course. Most errant shots are not forgiven here. Pace of play great although apparently not for the guys behind us that kept hitting into us. Would definitely play the course again and hopefully don't have jerks behind us next time.

This course is more challenging than the slope suggests. Very interesting course to play.

The course was in very good shape considering all the rain, but it's more the people who create the experience. Check in was fast and friendly. One of the grounds keepers asked us how things were going and about the course conditions. Pace of play and friendliness of other golfers was great. Clubhouse attendant inquired about our round, engaged in conversation, and gave a nice discount to play another 9. Overall, a great day on the course.

Hot deal rate. Staff was great. Blew a tire on the cart and she was right out there with another. Course was in great shape with a combo of pin placements that we have not seen before. Lots of fun though.

The course played tight with the trees and water hazards close, A ball in the woods or edge of the hazards is gone. Many of the greens and fairways offered several approaches to the pin making sure that you thought your play through. I sure the more you play the better you can score, great experience, will be back.

Overall the course was pretty nice! Not the most difficult in the world but that's cool with me. I'd give the grounds keepers a thumbs up. They do good work keeping it looking great!
If I did have any complaints, I'd say the regulars they play the course, should show a little respect and fix their ball marks! I must have fixed 4+ marks on every green, and there was still a dozen more... Ridiculous!
Maybe add a some more bunkers around the place to toughen it up a bit? Overall I like the course and gave it four stars because there's always room for improvement :)

Weather conditions were perfect yesterday. The boxes were in good shape and the rest of the course is manicured better dollar for dollar than many comparable courses. It looks like they had some winter kill on a couple greens but nothing too bad. I'm sure they'll all be in tip-top by mid June. Some challenging green placements, greens played pretty fast with challenging pin placements. Overall a very fun course. Clubhouse is small but has drinks and snacks. Would definitely recommend and play again.
