Lake Orlando Golf Club

I really enjoyed at this golf course. It is near my house.

Was very disappointed with how the course was maintained needs a lot of work and will not be returning.

Granted this is a community course and that they have had a lot of rain BUT, The fairways were the only thing cut. Literally if it was not in the fairway it was not findable. Lost 14 balls in 9 holes. I an a 7 HCP. I hit the ball well just not perfect. I missed the green by 5 yrds with a wedge... could not find the ball. The tee boxes were regular rough length and uncut. Sand traps need massive attention. I could find no enjoyment no matter the cheap cost so I had to depart a round. Never have I done that before.

Very disappointed with this course. I loved it back in the day but now it is totally abandoned. Bunkers have grass growing on them and the rough is worst that US open merino course.

I enjoy playing this course on a regular basis. Some greens need major work. All in all you won't find a better deal in Orlando. $5 bucks whaaaat!!!

This course has some challenging holes, where there risks and rewards.

There were lots of flying insects (swarming at times) !

I play there all the time. It's one of the best golf values I've found in the Orlando area. Some very good golfers play there on a regular basis.

Fairways were not cut. Tee boxes were not cut, greens were all sand no definition between fairway and rough. Easy to see why its such a good deal on golf.now

If this course were maintained it would be one of the most challenging and prettiest around because the cypress trees and water on this course make it the most scenic old florida courses around the central florida area.

Knew course was old and not in great shape but I would play again for price

Lake Orlando is a challenging course. Greens on hole number 2 and 5 have gotten away. Hopefully, with all the rain in the past six days will allow fairway grass to grow in to green up the course. The recent rain raised the level of the lakes and trash was left on the fairway of hole 2.

AND THE FAIRWAY GRASS ON MOST HOLES WAS SPARCE.

This is a fun course to play. Lots of water and obstacles to help improve your game but not too difficult. Very friendly staff and terrific value for the price. My husband and I enjoy playing at courses that you can relax and not have players on your tail the whole time. This course gives you that distance because of the range on each hole. The wildlife is a great feature as well.

The course need works, need a ranger going around, not only in the first hole, greens need lots of works, slow play, people don't care if they shoot 3 or 4 balls from tee, and another 10 to get to the green, need ranger.

Challenging course where shot placement and accuracy will go a long way but the course is not maintained very well.

This is a unique course and fun to play but the greens are falling apart.

I couldn't believe the condition this course was in. It literally felt like I was playing on an abandoned course. Until now, I have never had a bad time playing golf but it's hard to have fun when you lose your ball on ever hole because everything is so overgrown. Even the neighborhood surrounding the course looks like a slum. I expected to play on a cheap course but this was just embarrassing. I don't know how this place is even open. If you want to play somewhere that's inexpensive but still a quality course, go to Winter Pines in Winter Park.
