Los Amigos Country Club

The pace of play was so bad, it negatively impacted my entire round. every hole was a wait behind 4 groups. the course was nice, and the greens were soft. but i played 5 1/2 hours and only got 13 holes in.

Tee times spaced 7 minutes apart, our scheduled tee time teed off about 40 minutes late. The actual round took a little over 5.5 hours, so with warmup it's a bit silly to be out 7 hours of a day to play a round. The course has its challenging holes, the conditions were decent, but the greens are very slow which makes it a bit tricky to get the read if you're not used to them. Overall I think the course is fine, just the overbooked tee times + 5somes makes it a tough play on a weekend.

Joined a 3some for a cool round of golf, and was pleasantly surprised to complete 18.
Had a good time as I was able to ride the course (unhealthy legs). Los Amigos is plenty of friendly golf.

The pace of play is always bad here and it was even worse this day. Well over 5 hours to play and that was on top of the 20 minutes past our tee time!

Had a 1230 tee time. Had 2 fives ones in front. We didn’t even finish. We were on hole 15 when it got dark. Greens are horrible.

Never call to cancel because they might “not have any record” of said cancellation and end up charging you for the full round.

All this course needs to do is manage pace of play better and it would be great. Played 3 times now, every round is 6+ hours. Greedy management won’t space out tee times more to allow for normal pace of play. Don’t waste your money.

We never tee off anywhere close to on time here. 6hr rounds are normal here and they do nothing. There was a line of carts backed up to the clubhouse when we got there for our tee time.

The title pretty much says it all.
I don't do cold weather well, but I love to golf so I bundle up and go play.
The man at the office almost caused a fight at the first tee by confusing 2 groups about their playing order. Not good!

Los Amigos is my go-to course when I don't want to drive far for a game.
The water features and trees give a little risk to the track, but I think it's friendly.

It had been a few since I played here and the last time was almost a 5 1/2 hour round. This time it seemed to go a lot quicker and took only 4 1/2 hours, even with a few 5somes in front of us. Course was in very good shape. Will definitely give it another shot.

This is by far the WORST run course I have ever played at. The round is expensive for a poorly kept course. Terrible management. They don’t care if they stack 4 groups on top of each other on the first hole. It took OVER 3 hours to complete 9 holes. This is unacceptable. When I called to ask for a Marshall I was assured they would be sent. No Marshall and at the turn I find out they DO NOT have a Marshall. On one hole there was NINE people putting. 5somes are acceptable here. Ridiculous. Do not come here. Do not support this business. The starter is an absolute fool

Pro shops “system glitched” and had my group get our 6:30 tee time get cancelled along with 7 other groups.
