My front yard
If you’re looking to drink a beer and have some fun with the boys, this is the course for you. However, the tee box is hard to find because of the 10 ft grass forest. Wouldn’t recommend hitting straight on the fairway cause the rough may be a better play. And don’t even start me on the greens. Grab a beer and let loose because this is not a competitive course.
Needs Some Work
Clear Creek offers a cheap deal for a round of 18. It has terrible course conditions that will make an avid golfer scoff, but if you’re going with a few friends it will be a decent experience. If you’re looking for a cheap round of golf this is probably the cheapest in North Alabama next to Willow Brook in Asbury. Willow is definitely nicer though.
Needs work
Seems like the owners are trying to improve this course, but they have a long way to go. The fairways were not cut and the greens were harder than the cart paths.
This courses has a lot of potential, hopefully it will be realized.

Good for the price
It was very affordable and the staff was very friendly.
Very run down the course conditions were as bad as any place I have played in the last twenty years Fairway grass was crab grass rough was rough greens bumpy Overall condition was like playing in a field
Hello my name is Trey Hodgens General Manager of Clear Creek Golf Club formerly Boaz Golf Club. We took over ownership of the course in April 2019. We have made many improvements to the course and will continue to make many more. It's a process undoing so many years of neglect that was done to this great course. Don't waste your time or money
The first thing I noticed as I walked in was how rude the staff was. The girl at the desk told me not to use Golf Now because they didn't get the money for it. The course condition was below average everywhere, greens and fairways. The pace of play was awful, as it took 4 1/2 hours to play 18 holes by myself. Do not waste your time or money on this course. The management clearly does not care about the condition of the course.
Great course for the money!
Boaz Country Club is an excellent course for the money. The friendliness of the staff is outstanding. Very accommodating to all of its patrons needs. Due to lack of rain the greens are very fast, but all in all the course is in good shape. Take time to take a trip and visit this course.
Good course.
I've enjoyed a few rounds here. The course is good with a good amount of using your Driver opportunities. The one downfall of this days round, the Greens had entirely too much sand on them. However, when they come in, they'll be good.
Needs some work
Course needs some work. Fairways were great at some points, and very rough at others. Greens were in descent shape overall.
